The SUPERAV 8×8 represents the state-of-art in armoured amphibious vehicle design and performance. Capable of supporting littoral operations in the open ocean beyond Sea State 3 and conducting ship-to-target operations, the vehicle can carry a mission load of 10t, including an overhead weapon station capable of mounting weapons up to 40mm calibre, advanced command and control suite and mission equipment. The SUPERAV 8×8 is equipped with a 6 cylinder 700hp FPT engine, Allison transmission, proprietary H-type driveline, independent hydro-pneumatic McPherson type suspension, 16.00 R20 wheels and is propelled in navigation by two independent propellers. The vehicle has an underbody armour volume of 18m3 and can carry 13 dismounts plus driver, gunner and commander in blast mitigating seats.
