お母さんの人柄が素晴らしい!五目炒飯が美味そうで美味そうで… 食べた人が元気になれる料理ですね。お客さんから愛されるのも納得です

She is super endearing. I understand why many of her customers would want to call her mother; she gives off that nurturing, wholesome motherly vibes that feels so heartening. May this grandma live a long and healthy life. ❤

She is such an inspiration, and her work ethic is through the roof!! The food looks amazing, and I would love to try the gyoza, fried rice, and then liver dish. Amazing and inspirational

Eggshells are utilized to clarify broth and stocks. The egg proteins cause a chemical reaction that makes particles cling to the shells instead of making the liquid cloudy.
