Subhanolloh!Metal gas tandoor oven made in a local workshop using Smart Tools, thanks for the work and skill of the craftsmen and thanks for these videos
Was really impressed right to the point they brought out the spray gun powered by a compressor! Would have expected a manual pump powered by a bicycle. Lol This could never be manufactured in the west, not without blue prints measuring equipment, safety equipment, and a health and safety assessment
This was sold in Atlanta, Georgia for $200 but I wasn’t sure whether it would work. Definitely would have bought one if watched this video before seeing it. $200 price was very reasonable keeping the freight charges from Paltrow usa
Great workmanship but I didn’t see an air inlet or did I miss something? Having one would make it cheaper to use. I know I missed the 'smart tools', unless you’re saying a bead roller, tin shears, soft mallet and a stick welder being smarter than the average tool.
Guys ur Amazing craftsmen. But the.material is too thin The outer shell will be too hot Can't get closer.the best way is to build it jacket form where U pour refractory cement in Between to reduce the outer Heat.u need a ball valve by the Gas control in case things goes wrong u can always shut Down the gas line
Good job, nice work, but I must say this could be more efficient oven if you pour fire Cement in between the gap, because oven need to absorb heat in it to give 100% performance, I think you understand what I mean,,,,,,,,, thank you for the video
@@ademarja Hello sir, is this question for me ? I live in Dhaka. And it is the capital city of Bangladesh and my country is in Asia, Thank you and be happy
Wow I got to give credit to these guys they are very ingenious but using a set of grinding glasses as welding goggles. By the time he gets to be about 40 he'll be blind. Then again though I haven't seen his wife might be a blessing.
i was concerned about that too, but i did see a video where the guy was closing his eyes just before doing the weld after setting his position. i hope all these guys are able to help prevent some blindness with this method, but its pretty bad they arent provided at least that safety equipment.
See, when dude puts his work sandals on and has a roll of tin I know he's getting ready to go to town on some build. He puts the MAN in manufacturing. Love the smart tools BTW.
Or the gas fired Servel refrigerators. One moving part, the expansion valve. Used a sealed ammonia system to cool. Too reliable though, lasted too long for the need of replacements. Sold at all the So Cal natural gas offices and payment centers. The gas usage was the equivalent of a pilot light. We had 2. Sold the smaller one and bought one larger (both used).
ive seen other guys weld, and they have shown them closing their eyes before striking the weld after setting their spot like any other welder does before dropping their hood. granted a welding shield glass would be better protection, but when you dont have that, you sometimes have to improvise if you want to be able to eat and pay other things. hopefully by them closing their eyes, it will help slow the effects down more than if they werent.
Excellent craftsmanship. But I can feel for the man, this is the reality of countries like us. Our laborforce work in factories without any basic PPE like gloves, goggles, safety shoes etc. Very tragic.
jeje je algunas personas se quejan de presion en el trabajo.... Estas personas trabajan sin ninguna proteccion de seguridad con rapidez y con un sueldo miserable....buen trabajo ...!
Ek kam kre iss ko tora sa advnce kre wo iyse ke apko machis na jala pre balke buton se ye khud on ho, ek chez hoti hai ignition switch usi ko iss sth attch kre pir uss se spark paida hota hai our gas on ho spark ho to khud on ho jta hai.
The metal that they are using, is as thin as tissue paper, the stove looks fine and shiny, when it's brand new, but the heat from use will sadly quickly oxidise the metal, and burn it out. Nevertheless they are still skilled and competent workmen, it's a pity they scrimp on the materials.
