George Kittle said after he lost to the Chiefs in Super Bowl 54 "I will be back ...with Vengeance" ....he came back to lose to them again but this time they had it but messed up the opportunity
14:55 KC did _not_ need to call timeout because the game clock does _not_ end the game in overtime _during the postseason._ If that clock had reached zero, the teams simply switch ends of the field, just like they do at the end of the 1st quarter and the end of the 3rd quarter during regulation. This is why KC was _not_ in a hurry, and explains why they didn't call timeout. There are no ties or time limits in overtime during postseason play. The game continues until someone _wins_ the game
Still there are time limits in overtime, each overtime is FIFTEEN minutes long. Mahomes didn't need a second overtime, he did it with 3 seconds left in the first overtime.
@@bebe553 Don't get it twisted. The game clock _cannot_ *end* the game, so there are no time limits on the *duration of the game* during postseason overtime. 15-minute OT period(s) simply regulate how long each team defends their respective goal line/end zone. That is the _only_ purpose of the postseason OT game clock. A team does not *win/lose* the game nor possession of the ball, simply because the postseason OT game clock expires.
@@oubrioko DUH, do you think you are the only one that knows that? Even overtime has limits (15 minutes). It's mute anyway because Patrick didn't need another overtime, he threw for a touchdown with 3 seconds left in the first overtime.
@@bebe553 Then what on earth are you still babbling about? You're the troll who parachuted into the comments section to argue _...semantics?_ No one rattled your cage. There is NO LIMIT on the DURATION of overtime PLAY during postseason gameplay. (Using the word "Overtime" broadly as a _concept,_ NOT a specific overtime period/quarter). The game ends when a team scores (with qualifications), or as a result of a loss of possession (with qualifications). The game does not end when the clock expires.
My heartfelt condolences to your 49er homies... they gonna have nightmares! Mahomes is the bogeyman, stealing the dreams of Niner Nation... hahahahaha😆😆😆😆😆🤣
@@wlcjayThe cowboys are funny, man. Every. Single. Year. It's "this is the year. This is our year. We got all these players blah blah." And it NEVER happens. It's crazy dude. It been what 30 years now? That's a LOOOONG drought.
@@wlcjay I don't hate the cowboys. The only team I really HATE is the Bungles. They are a trash team with a trash city with trash fans and trash players that can't back up their trash talk. Absolutely the worst fan base. Talk about a fan base that doesn't have any clue how to handle even a TINY BIT of NFL success. They feel a tiny bit of it, and they turn into God's gift to the world.
@asiaroberson3442 Why understand your comment .Why are people so ignorant? the Super Bowl wasn't rigged.I mean, all the first down's Kansas City Chiefs should have had lost from calls ?They didn't give them when you rewatch
