Tbh this was the best portrayal of any superboy period

I am so depressed that we will not see Joshua Orpin portraying Connor Kent again! He was one of the best things about the Titans show. I also loved Conor Leslie as Donna.

Connor Kent(clone of Superman) did not exist as a character in the comics for more than 50 years. Because he is a clone technically in this portrayal he's only a couple of years old despite appearing physically in his late teens or early twenties. He did not appear in comic books until the 1990s after the Death of Superman comics and had been around since then. There was a Superboy and Krypto comic book appearances prior to the 1980s but it was Clark as a teenager which was completely retconned away in Crisis on Infinite Earths in the 80s. Since then Clark Kent has never been portrayed technically as a teenager in costume as Superboy. Despite a couple of appearances on Smallville and vague similes elsewhere, Connor wasn't fully brought to screen until Young Justice animated and Titans live action of which the latter seemed to draw a lot of inspiration from the former in how he was ultimately portrayed on screen. In a nutshell. He is not from the Silver age of comics that you are referencing and is firmly a Bronze Age 1990s introduced character whose origin has only slightly been altered since then. That said I do agree that putting him and Krypto together is genius though that was hinted at in Young Justice with Wolf. I've been out of touch with the comics in the last 10 years or so but I believe the two of them are now paired permanantly in the comics as well. Krypto has been around in one form or another for almost as long as the character Superman has been around even after being retconned out of existence in the 1980s.

I remember both, Connor (Superboy, clone of Superman) and Krypto (dog of Superman back in the 1970s). It's nice to see them combined.

I wish they continued titans with the heroes powers evolving even more, and the titans have the jla workn with them or jla going rogue like the cartoons and do a live action version where titans have too bring them back

Kind of interesting to see how destructive this SB can be.

I have never seen Titans, yet - (don't have that streaming) But in this video Conner (Superboy) seems much more like a villain than a hero, beating up cops, killing all sorts of people, even knocking one guys head clean off his neck. Pretty extreme for any "hero". But then I never heard of this Cloned version of Superboy. Obviously he is not cloned down to the same morals and values as the original from the comics. Perhaps is just seems that way with all the scenes taken out of context. But this seems much more like Evil Superboy. Just my two cents.
