New personal record around Nürburgring Nordschleife in the ESS supercharged BMW E46 M3. Onboard video with manual gearbox and foot camera. Driver Inge Hansesætre setramotorsport
How on earth did you keep it from overstreering in the corners? The speed you were going, in a supercharged M3, manual transmission. You're one hell of a driver.
footwork? it was mainly , full break, full power. the car is so well made. so insanely cabable. that there was no need for delicate throtle or break control what so ever where he had to adjust alot in corners. that car is just so insane
Almost 5 years since this video, its a nice pick me up through these COVID times. That beautiful chainsaw S54 running through the woods in the Nordschleife is something else. Well done sir.
Best video i ve seen in real life. Amazing speed and the slow cars cost much time. Driving skills are insanely ggod. You drive in real races? If not you must :-). Perfect! Thx a lot.
Amazing car and driver. I think 7:15 with an empty track is acheivable. I learnt how to left foot brake with my first car, a mini. I had to keep the revs up constantly to stop it stalling. 20yrs later i still left foot brake to this day.
holy shit this guy is insane, that feet work i had no idea... genuine question? like dont take the piss out of me but wouldent it be easy and quicker to have a tiptronic over manual and us paddle shifts for gear changing so you could get a faster time or am i wrong here?
Hello setramotorsport super tuning BMW-M3-GTR-E46 like a Ferrari sf90 4.0L V8 1000hp BMW-M3-GTR-E46 Engine: 4.0L V8 Twin-Turbo Top Speed: 380 km/h Acceleration to 0-60'mph 2.4 sec Power: 1000hp to 1200'Nm
This car didn't brake traction once! Not a single input to correct oversteer or to catch the rear,it means he wasn't even past the limit once, must be on big slicks and with aero plus perfect setup.
It's amazing to me how the front wheel drive Honda civic type R can get a 7:40 time bone stock... with a tune and exhaust and maybe stickier tires it can easily pull off this time
