@@travisgustin4677 yeah buddy of mine has his blown. Mine has a prl turbo kit. Also I have a garrett gtx3071r gen 2 I'm fully spooled by 4500 if I want. 11.5 psi makes 425 for me
Shawnsta 777 id rather maximize the chances of someone noticing me when I’m traveling 70mph faster than they are. What’s so hard to understand, it has nothing to do with following laws.
Family sedan not going 140 MPH+, BUT GOING 196 MPH!!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Fkb8Hh3r-mE.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--MQ-ZVTN89I.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sSfC35OwMsM.html
With this kraftwerks kit you’re more likely pushing 360whp or so. Add a smaller pulley, a higher flow fuel pump, bigger injectors, and a decent tune, and you can hit up to 430-450 easy. The kraftwerks blower can go up to 600whp.
Even when you're speeding, think the road is empty, there are no cars around you, or any other situation... ALWAYS USE YOUR BLINKERS! Absolute fools don't use their blinkers or even question this.
This is the safest driver I’ve ever seen street racing. Uses blinker ✅, checks mirrors when merging ✅, is as courteous as possible to other drivers ✅. Bravo.
Obviously the two drivers know each other. Obviously they both know the camaro is faster. Obviously the Camaro driver let the Honda driver have the jump in every race because they both know he’s running about half the ponies.
Zakk my buddy has a camaro 5cyl while I have a Civic si. We both agree that the civic is more reliable + less gas, more daily-able and faster (start/mid) surprisingly. The camaro has a better “cool” factor and better sound for sure. The camaro is faster late as well aka highway
So this is about my 12th here now, and it still hasn't gotten old. I LOVE the sound of that honda😭GREAT driving as well perfect shifting perfect rev matching👌🏾💯
I was sorta expecting this, power to weight ain’t gonna help when there is a 200 horsepower deficit. If the SI was in the mid to high 400hp range it would stand a chance. Either way that Si did work and i ain’t even mad it lost, just sounds ridiculously cool.
His numbers seem pretty low, must’ve been on an conservative tune to not blow up the motor. I’ve seen plenty of k20 at an dyno day with the comp supercharger reach 380+whp easily. An win is an win tho.
It would be nice if all civics could follow what you did to yours. Its clean. I looks like a grown up drives it. Your shifts are smooth as well!! Great vid!!
Hidden Leaves have you seen one in person? This guy’s crz is nice I certainly wouldn’t call it hideous: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-77CHjrbtijQ.html But, to each his own
I do it too.you don’t want be doing 140 switching lanes without letting people know you’re moving over..because what if you’re doing 140 & you switch lanes but they don’t see you’re blinker so they don’t thinking you’re gonna get over & boom everyone dead.yall get to use you’re brain 💯
I love Hondas, they are pretty quick cars but this guy didn't stand a blue day in hell vs a LS7 427 Camaro z28. But please, if you're getting smacked by a car, don't do the ricer fly by and say bye bih as tho you didn't get wrecked miles back. Stay in your class.
@@donovantompkins9952 I get it, I'm on the mix of turning my K20A to a K20C, basically a 2019 Civic Sport Coupe 6 speed into a Type R spec. Pretty sure I'll be the first Honda Civic coupe Type R in America. (I work for Honda)
You'd be surprised how efficient a 10 pound pulley on a supercharged k series is for daily driving, and the power is instant when you want it. A quiet good flowing muffler like Vibrant makes it stealth mode. Lots of feelings get hurt.
Until the Civic gets different pulleys and bangs out another 70 horse with some good tires and tuning then what? 50k Camaro is neck and neck with a Civic, a SS would have gotten the sauce by that civic
Smart man. He's got the v1 monitoring radar for the duration of the match. Something you don't see enough of in most street race clips. Sweet sound from the overall losing car, as well. Well made video.👌🏿
@@unbornk20si93 he'd win with a turbo setup no doubt. The supercharger has its limits. But I'd probably do a double take if I saw a supercharged civic fly by me vs a turbo
Did the infotainment display come stock with the '07 Si or did you put that in yourself? Cause I'm thinking of putting a decent one in my '07 EX, but I don't know which one to get. Also, dope video, even with your silly honking :P And huge props for not ricing it up. Talk about a fun car with diminishing insurance costs.
@@Spiritcr1jsher Much more fun to be in a boosted sub 3000lb 500hp car vs a 500hp land boat approaching 4000lb. In the end that's why we all do this right? Cause it's fun, not who can have the biggest motor.
@@darkknight097 yeah , depends though . Been in plenty of lightweight, high hp cars that cant put any power down. Was in a 2900lbs 95 M3 with 600hp and you would lose every drag race against a 3700lb 600hp car. Fun but tough to get on.
It just goes to show that hes still very calm and composed and still think of others not just to show off like a 16 year old would. When I'm on the ramp WOT and exits at the very next one, I'm blinking right, letting people know that I'm not trying to gain speed to join in but to enjoy the sound before going home.
Hey i love the car i have the same, can you make a vid where you show everything you have in the car, like that market rear view mirror and other stuff please
@@Murdertruckmafia nice. Love the Chevy but I have an 8th gen si for gas and my Silverado for work. Lol Camaro is little to much for the pocket right now. Lol
Yes! I've had 3 Camaros. A '91 and '92 RS, 5.0 liter autos (incredibly slow!) and my baby that i miss so much, a 2002 Z28 6speed manual, LS2 with Ttops! That one was pretty damn quick! I now have a 2012 Civic EX-L for a few reasons: gas mileage, reliability, parts availability, low insurance, and it's a Honda, so it's still a baby with 92K miles on it.
