A man can never have enough snap ring pliers...innies, outies, flat tips, small-medium-large straight, curved, and angle......its all about the tips ! Good job !!!
I just rebuilt the front end of my my buddies 05. Did ball joints, steering linkage, track bar and ball joint, axle seals, 4wd seals, bearings etc. Your sharing these snap ring pliers was the game changer. I couldn’t the happier that I bought them. Thank you for sharing the great info you do.
Same issue as most...went through 3 different snap ring pliers until I ordered...and waited...for a set that was known to work. These look great though with the lock an curve...Thanks for all your info!
Much appreciate you sharing this tool with those of us that do our own work. Excellent videography, editing and presentation as with all your videos. These videos take time, time you don't have to spend doing them. But thank you for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us. IT has helped me save money! Hopefully you'll get more 7.3 Trucks in for repair, personally I'd like to see more 7.3's.
I got mad last time, drove to the nearest Snap On truck I could find and paid $70 Canadian for a set that work awesome. They grab hard, they fit and their tough as nails. Done 4 hubs since then and haven't regretted it for a second. Wish I would have known about these. The ratchet is just another level of convenience.

Just moved shops to one that does a lot of work on fleet trucks. Had to fight with one of these my first day. Watching you pull that ring off like that made me immediately go look at buying a pair.
The locking feature is genius! I wish my Knipex lock ring pliers had that. Lisle makes pretty darn good tools for the price. Recently took delivery of their metal (purple) Ford transmission cooler line release tool and it's so much stronger than the standard plastic release tools.

Wow those look great. I picked up a pair of Knipex 4611A3 for the job after every other set of snap ring pliers I had wouldn't work! Lisle coming through again with an awesome tool.
I had to modify one of my snap ring pliers to get it to go far enough in the hub to get to that God forsaken snap ring and even then it took me ONE HOUR😡👹 to get that SOB out. I had to grind off the edges of my pliers to get it to go far enough in there. I just ordered these pliers from Amazon so I'll see what they do. Great video and keep up the good work buddy. Nice video. After several pairs of pliers that broke or didn't work. I bough the Knipex part #4611A3 and all though they don't lock as you squeeze them, they seem to be made with the SD in mind and are almost as good as these.
Hi Nate Just trying to hit you up on a question. I need to replace my wheel hub assembly on 2012 F350 SRW. Putting u joints and bearings in axle so it’s all done. TimKen is not available no where for SRW what’s next best ? Motorcraft
@@InTheShop So then put that is only external. If you do a video for this you have to be honest with people and public so they know the video is not for them. Do you like people waste your time?.
@@irisbaez1972 I never said it was for internal in the video. These snap ring pliers are designed specifically for this snap ring which is an external snap ring. The title of the video specifically says “ford superduty axle snap ring pliers” which is external. If you are trying to remove ANY snap ring besides that with these they are not designed for it.
@@InTheShop Do you have a suggestion for a set of pliers that work internally but are also of this size? I think that is something we would find helpful. Or even a set that works in both directions at this caliber? Thanks.
