As requested today I show you my way of dressing tires fast and effective get it here: air compressor: amzn.to/3jsOdHa air hose: amzn.to/34sT1rX detail gun: amzn.to/31YrixN
Excellent video!!! I need to get an air compressor and one of those guns. I usually just slab it on with a brush straight. This is a game changer as always. Keep up the great work.
back when I started my detail in 1982 we didn't have much to choose when I came to tire dressings. one that comes to mind is STP Son Of a Gun. Now look how many we have to choose now a days.
Great video carlos,i use your idea but i bought a battery powered paint sprayer for $50 on amazon and luv it as there is absolutely no overspray mist and can dial the amountnof aqua gloss and the shape of it coming out of the sprayer and no hose to worry about
Carlos, I really like your channel, you find great products at a great price that perform really well. Hiw do you like Rigid air compressor? That is on list to get.
It has knobs on it where you adjust the fluid and air pressure. Any video on auto paint will show you how to adjust the gun. Also, the tip on this gun is very small (which is a good thing) but if you wanted to try a thicker tire shine I'd suggest going with a gun that has a larger tip to accommodate more viscous fluid. I have that same gun.
Thanks for sharing! So technically, you could do this for many uses. You could have different cups with different solutions. One would be for carpet cleaning or engine degreasing. Do you think the spray gun actually agitates the solution when sprayed or it’s the same as if you were to use the sprayer from a bottle?
I bought the exact same 🔫 from harbor freight but I use megiars high gloss interior protectant, it has a milk texture not thick at all, after about a day I realized the 🔫 would barely spray any of the megiars at all, and that's with it running at 90psi I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not, I realized the gun has a bunch of adjustment knobs as well, I use a harbor freights 6 gallon pancake fortress compressor
Does the Aquagloss hold up for a while on tires? You also spray it in the interior too, dont you? Does it dry well so that it's not greasy and doesnt attract dirt/grit? I need to get some of that and the air gun...I'm trying to find ways to cut my interior work time down, this may really help!
Does it dry to the touch, or does it sling. If you don't have an air compressor, will it work just as good , as a spray on wipe off application, with a bottle and sprayer?
Hey Bro great video! So do you have 2 detail guns (One for interior one for tires)? Use same gun and dilution rate for both? Or do you just replace the aqua gloss when you are switching from tires to interior dressing? Thanks!
I’m about to start my mobile buisness again I use to do it back in 09 and since over tha years the industry has been gettn better n better with products and knowledge thanks to people like yourself
Hey Carlos! Great video I'm thinking about going this route. My question is: is there a way to change the SPRAY Pattern?? Some tires are thick and some.are thinner like low profile tires to Avoid Over spray. What advice can you offer about this issue? Any response would be Greatly appreciated!
What psi are you running your spray gun at while applying the tire shine? I have the same paint gun but the one that’s a size up from that one and was just curious what psi I should run it at
@@serranosmobile sorry man , I mean do You Physically go and change the psi on the compressor , I have a camper shell on my truck set up to I would have to awkwardly crawl in there to turn the knob I was just wondering if the detail gun can be adjusted down to 50 without going to the main compressor
@@serranosmobile i guess they dont listen to the video. Its a problem with America as everyone wants all the answers without doing the work or trying to figure things out on their own or be creative.
@@serranosmobile so I bought another sprayer since it's only $13 and have done 7 cars so far on the tires and trim with a solvent. So far so good and haven't seen any overspray on the cars. Thanks for the recommendations on tools!
I'm sorry but I the time it takes to get the gun mix the product you could have sprayed all 4 tires using a solution bottle filled with tire shine. Keep it simple.
Not really. The spray gun he had is much faster. To spread evenly especially on big tires will take significant amount of time to work the product to the tire with traditional methods.
