That’s what happens when people spend years hating on the CW, when they make something good it doesn’t get a chance. Same thing is happening with Naomi
Breakdown time! Alright, Jon with the X-K seems highly likely because they teased he’s going to be going through some internal struggles. Jordan’s emotional state this season so far has been decent. He’s definitely going to have a lot to think about after the bomb Sarah dropped on him came to play. I like Natalie’s addition to the show. She’s definitely got Lois (alt. Earth) charm and personality with tenacity to boot. It’s properly nice since she can play a dynamic off the other characters. Lois mentioned Lucy and it has been teased we will see her again for the first time since Supergirl. John is in this post-emotional state where he’s trying to tie himself off from the world and only focus on Nat but the call to arms is strong and let’s face it: He’s Steel. Tal still being in the show was brilliant. I get some people thought he was one and done but the balance and controversy he represents to Kal is excellent. Both two sides of a coin if you will. Anderson is up to something deep. It’s all going to build to the finale for sure. Side note: yeah the shard was mentioned back during S1 subtlety. They didn’t go into too much depth but they did mention both the pods that Tal and Kal came in always maintained stuff. Dude we are definitely leaning into the Doomsday vibe. I’m honestly excited to see what will happen and how this finale will go. Another side note: Jordan’s powers maturing is exciting considering he struggled heavy during last season but he seems to be much more confident. Tbh, he’s my favorite character currently. Actually that’s a lie because Jonathan is also brilliant. They just have such excellent brotherly chemistry. I definitely could see the twin status between. Anyway, I’m curious what these next episodes develop for everyone.
I still love they don't linger too much on the relationship drama. Other shows would have had a few more episodes of Sarah keeping the secret. There is still ramifications from it but they don't stay long. I am wondering at the end is it Doomsday from another world? Also love how they get Superman. Is there not a more Superman line in not thinking there is good in Ta Ro but he wants to.
Exactly, the writers usually resolve a lot of the personal drama in a timely manner, and never drag it out beyond what is necessary. Like last episode where Lois was in a funk over Natalie and caused friction with Clark, in lesser hands that is stretched 2-4 more episodes. Instead, these writers resolved it in a satisfying and mature way by the end of the episode and move the characters onward.
I love this show i truly do. But Jordan and Sarah’s storyline is what most confuses me. What I mean by this is, i think we all can agree on early s1, we found their relationship to be like semi annoying and hated the will they, won’t they. They wrote these characters to slowly “fall in love” or “like” one another. It took them a whole season BUT it was written correctly and gradually. Nothing seemed forced. They wanted the audience to fall in love with them. Now here’s where I am confused. Why did they waste an entire season with making the audience love Jordan and Sarah and again writing them properly. Nothing was quick about them. When the season ended, nothing left weird or off between them. Now here we are, Saran cheated and kissed a girl. We were given no prior information about Sarah and her liking girls. They just put this randomly. I understand that they are 14 and feelings and sexuality changes but I get wished they gave us more. IF we get flashbacks to Sarah’s time in camp and saw what happened and how she felt, it would be a different story. If they happened to go with making Sarah bi, I’m hopping it’s not Nat because that would be a cop out of a storyline. I really hope I’m not going off as homophobic, and if i am i apologize. Please let me know, how to better word my wording. My issue isn’t Sarah being bi or gay, it’s that it’s completely out of no where and makes no sense to the story we were given. Again, if Sarah is gay or bi, i really hope it’s a different character and not nat. Apart of J&S , I’m really exited for what’s to come. In terms of Jonathan, i REALLY hope he gets powers this season. I know in the gym scene, he saw that guy maybe on X-K. I really hope they don’t go with the storyline of him having temp powers. He’s HALF his dad. So let him be HALF his dad. I’ve seen everyone saying doomsday is coming. I’m not familiar with the comics, so they will know better than me, but I’m thinking it’s Superman from the other earth. In terms of Nat, i really hope we get to see more depth with her. Of course we had the flashbacks, but what happened to her during all this time that her father was gone. How was she feeling? I adds more layers to her character. Just my thoughts.
That miner who sacrificed himself wll go down in history, also what if the Clark-Doomsday thing is a two way street. So Doomsday wants to stop the pain/headaches he keeps having and that is what pushes him to try and kill Clark who Doomsday can sense is what is causing it??
if memory serves me right tal's father hid lara's stone, so that could be how they were able to get her there it was only jor el's stone that was destroyed.
The way they are talking about doomsday what if it's actually Clark (from another earth) or something to do with the house of El like in Krypton and Johnathan is definitely gonna be exposed to XK
i just like to add that supernatural will forever be the top brother relationship onscreen, jonathan and jordan are head to head with scott and stiles from teen wolf to me.
The woman that was talking on the phone it has to be lex luthor. She is talking to Alexa with her to give him the updates of what's going on because he knows what's down there
Yeah I can definitely see Jon going down the X-K route, especially with a big new threat and feeling powerless. Another strong episode, loved how Jordan has become more confident in his powers and backed up his dad. I like Natalie's character and the approach they're taking. Tal Rho is a great character, I was a bit annoyed that he lived in the finale but I'm really glad they kept him. I've a feeling poor Tag and the other super-teens will come to a bad end. Not sure my heart can take the death of this version of superman and the family impact. So many stories put in place from x-k, to cults, to doomsday, the super-teens etc Looking forward to them coming together.
The D.O.D "super squad" will more than likely just serve as a sacrifice in order to build up hype about Doomsday. Especially Tag that we've got to know a bit and Clark expressed concern for. I loved Tal Rho in the first season and I continue to love him still. His speech to his AI mother about walls being too thick and gates too high was great in my opinion. I do believe we'll see more of him this season as Clark will need all the help he can get. Clark's line about both him and Lara having hopes for Tal's redemption is a clear indicator that it will eventually happen. Tal will more than likely have a slow development lasting the entire season and at the end of it the final push will be Clark's death against Doomsday. Then he'll spend the first part of season 3 toning for his mistakes as the hero Eradicator along with Steel, Superboy and possibly Cyborg Superman. I am a bit torn about the whole X-K bit. They are hinting at Jonathan using it, which could be a gateway for him unlocking his powers that so many fans wants. Could possibly be that he needs a constant intake of X-K to access his powers, but it could also react in a completely different way given his hybrid nature. It would also go well with the classic drug abusive teen that DC is very found of. At the same time, Jonathan taking X-K would go completely against his character which is why I find it so unlikely. They constantly bait us into thinking he'll make the choices a tv-show teen in his situation would make only for it to go the complete opposite way. So I sort of doubt that he'll take X-K.
If we're building up to Death of Superman and Reign of the Supermen...we've already got the Eradicator, Steel, a superboy...maybe Dark Superman will complete the set
I think that if a superman dies in this coming battle, it will be Clark 's brother his story line is just about finished. It with probably be a way that he redeems himself.
I knew it was some I kissed a girl shit lol. As for the sun crystal being destroyed, I thought that at first but then remembered his father saying he hid it away from him so he won't be so needy for his mother. I recall wondering if it would be found and play a part in future seasons.
I mean, they are in a relationship so it makes perfect sense why he's upset. Boy or girl, it's a breach of trust but they are young and hormones happen but he's not wrong to be upset or hurt.
@@Omn1Media I totally get that. But with my sense of relationships now a days people kiss and it don't mean anything. Like I'm gay and kissed a girl and did I like it? Maybe but just cause I like kissing. Did I sleep with her? Yes cause I was drunk lmao
CW Please don't gay feminism this PLEASE. I know your going down in flames but don't mess this one up. Don't go past the girl confessing to kiss you know. Don't Superman up for us please. The level of feminism is negotiable does far. Don't mess this up.
