@@gameshowguy2000 I see somebody missed the joke. Besides, it was broken after the bell so the penalty wouldn't count anyway.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought this. (They should have legitimately deducted $25 from their prize check. It'd be a funny story well worth the $25 for years to come.)

This may be a couple years late, but this occurred in the Bonus Sweep. The penalty rule is only for the Big Sweep.

@@gameshowguy2000 Also further more, in the Big Sweep there are penalties for running into a Cameraman or a Market Display such as the Sodas.

Idan O'Reilly I think they only get penalized when the drop stuff during the actual sweep.

During the first commercial Break, there was a "premiering tomorrow" promo for the Lifetime movie "For the Future: The Irvine Fertility Scandal." A Google search of that movie indicates that the movie premiered on August 21, 1996. Therefore, this particular rerun must be from August 20, 1996
