when matt said can we take the kid out of the wheelchair i just pictured him throwing a paralysed child's limp body onto the ground and lining up a shot
i couldnt imagine that announcement video. Ryan: *clears throat* Matt cant be with supermega anymore he went to fight north Korea over their recent attacks on japan.
i've read every manga chapter and every episode of one piece almost every week, since i was in middle school, so i totally can relate with chris's roomate. Although i still have to fucking sleep sadly
Here in Brazil uber drivers rate you 2 to 3 stars so they know you are am actual costumer, because there are thiefs calling uber's with new accounts at 3am to steal them, so if you have a perfcet 5 star rating they won't come for you.
My professor said she would study while drinking peppermint tea. So when she took the test, she brought in a peppermint teabag and smelled it to remember what she studied. She's an education psychology professor, so yeah. It works.
It's always nice coming home from playing in a long football game and enjoying a nice SuperMega podcast. Thanks Matt and Ryan for making my day that much better.
you guys and oney plays used to be tied for my favorite youtubers but I honestly think I like you guys better than oney plays. keep it up guys I fucking love your content.
I think it was really interesting hearing Matt talk about not liking sad music but enjoying sad movies. I am the complete opposite, I like when a song can make you feel a wide range of emotions but I don't like it when movies are sad. Personally I think it is because you have to invest more time into a movie and when you end up getting a sad ending it's somewhat disappointing and leaves you feeling empty and bitter. To me movies are like a form of escape where music is a form of encapsulating emotions and stories for people to listen to and study and dissect the meaning of. I enjoy when the podcasts get philosophical
Dude that's so weird because that studying with smells thing is actually a thing. At least, I've looked up a lot of studying tips and stuff and a few people have recommended spraying peppermint scents while you study since it makes you more alert and sharp, and then doing it again before a test just so you get into the mood to do work and are reminded of what you studied
I would 100% save the kid every time, id rather he have a chance to live a long and happy life rather than me possibly being with the love of my life for however long I have left, its a no brainer for me tbh
19:00 What if the hook to this hypothetical was that he could only charge from anime he's never seen before, and that's the only reason he was watching One Piece.
Being real though, sadness is such a powerful emotion that can create such joy and appreciation and happiness. Its so important to allow yourself to feel sad. I know this because I watched Inside out and Disney is lyfe and i wouldnt dab on the haters
The true answer to the trolley problem is to jam the lever halfway, resulting in a rolling de-railed death ball that kills all 6 people plus any occupants, eliminating all witnesses. M U L T I T R A C K D R I F T I N G
Whether he's paralysed or not you obviously kill the kid. If the girl is the love of your life, it's the equivalent of choosing between murdering a family member or murdering a stranger. Most people would save the person theyre attached to
I recently found out that frankie muniz doesn't even remember filming malcolm in the middle because he suffered severe memory loss and now I'm too sad to watch the show
You guys should try to get yourselves on the Official Podcast, I think that would create a quite enjoyable episode, and having any of them on your podcast would be entertaining as well
My teachers told us to eat sweets (candy to you Americans) while revising for a test, then eat the same sweets while taking the test, so it triggers your memory, so I guess the perfume thing would work too.
16:20 That's what happened with you guys and the emoji movie. I should've listened and never saw it in the first place but I wanted to gave it the benefit of the doubt.
A bit late but I think if I had to choose in any hypothetical like that, I'd save whoever was younger cuz I think any decent person would want to die in place of someone who's lived less of a fuller life, let alone a child
