Dean did tell Zachariah way back when he first met him "Angel or not, I will stab you in the face". He's a man of his word! I think the boss Zachariah was referring to was Micheal, not God. He's middle management, he answers to the archangels, not the big man. And Raphael told us that the archangels have been running things in God's absence

Adam is such an under used character in the whole show. He brings a different perspective to John Winchester and the dynamic of the three brothers having different but simmilar upbringings had so much potential.

I love how in the moment Dean kills Zachariah, it’s unblinkingly. Every other angel killed, Dean had to turn his head and/or close his eyes to prevent his eyes burning out. It may be a canon misstep but I still like the implications of it.

I believe it was the side effect of hearing Michael's voice/possibly seeing Michael's true form that killed that guy at the bar. That's what happened to Pamela, she saw Cass's true form. I imagine seeing an archangels true form is a bit more deadly. Angels dying doesn't do anything. Now an angel getting their grace back, I'm not sure. It was never confirmed on that because when Anna got her's back she told the boys to shit their eyes

I love Adam. He gets short ends of the stick. But I love him. He just reads so Winchester to me. Jake Abel is great. Castiel is Badass.

I really love how pissed off Cas gets to be in this episode. He has just lost his faith in God, and now Dean is making him lose faith in him too, and in the entire cause Cas risked everything rebelling for, at Dean's urging. I'd be furious as hell too! And while I really love the fight in the alley, I might almost like the moment more where Cas is all casual about the risk of dying, because if he dies at least he won't have to watch Dean fail. That's one hell of a burn. And as a sidenote, I love it when Cas gets creative and ruthless in his fighting style.

Zachariah death is easily in my top 10 kills of the series! It’s just so satisfying, partly because he was so easy to hate but also the rivalry between him and Dean was so well build up

I think the main reason Sam had such faith in Dean even though he was giving up is because of last season where he constantly called Dean weak and didn’t believe in him, that doubt is what led to the apocalypse so Sam is learning from that.(and yes Dean had lack of faith in Sam too, whenever the brothers doubt each other things always go wrong)

One of my favorite episodes of this season, and that’s saying a lot. Dean was totally going to say yes, but he didn’t want to let Sam down… Great ending for Zachariah - Kurt Fuller plays “douche” so well. Oh, also - Bobby and Cas were both great in this. Bobby reprimanding Dean and Cas beating him up are moments I can watch over and over again

Adam might not be Michael’s true vessel but he’s pretty damn the next best thing up like if Dean is number 1 then think of Adam as 1A or on a scale of 1 to 10 Adam would be a 9.8/10 matching for Michael. So Adam is perfect for Michael to take over and still pretty overpower to take on Lucifer if Lucy had his perfect vessel Sam

And Supernatural remains steady in the IMDB top fifty even two years after it ended, while newer shows temporarily shoot up the ratings then fall back down. like burned out meteorites. That's a testimony to how much viewers love this show and Sam and Dean, rewatching it over and over. :)

@@patrickmcguire7896 no actually the only one who always bring up the other mistakes IS dean I mean we never saw Sam talking about how dean enjoyed breaking souls in hell,but dean always doest it with Sam like in s8e23 when even BLAMED SAM FOR THINGS WASN'T EVEN HIS FAULT And in season four Sam wasn't having faith in dean NO , he just wanted dean to trust him

@@mariamahmed4795 Sam constantly mentioned in season 4 how he viewed Dean as weak and he said he didn't believe he could stop the apocalypse and he believed he could stop it without Dean (hence the lack of faith). Also as for s8e23, for the love of God Dean was joking! He was trying to lighten the mood! And when he realized that Sam had taken it personally he apologized! Plus you shouldn't mention things that happen in future seasons with a spoiler disclaimer

@@mariamahmed4795 That was not the only time! Two episodes after the siren when Sam was with Ruby looking for Dean who the angels took, he told Ruby he thought Dean was weak. Then when he met Chuck and asked about Dean Sam once again said that Dean wasn’t strong enough! Then when Sam was hallucinating his mother she told Sam that Dean was weak, that hallucination was Sam’s subconscious! Both brothers did apologize for what they said while under the sirens control and both of it was half ass!

I thought this was a great 100 episode. I will miss hating on Zachariah he was a good villain. I enjoyed seeing Adam in this he was snarky. Bobby was good as always. I did not like having to see Cas beat the crap out of Dean.That wink of Dean's is forever in my head, thanks Supernatural.

This is my favorite episode of the entire series. That wasn't God at the begining talking to Zachariah, that was Michael. He reports to Michael. My Destiel heart at the moment when Dean winks at and flirts with Cas.....🥰😍
