Josh was a bit cocky. Feeling a bit too superior thinking his diet of loads of sweets is better than Jeff's meals. But fortunately for Jeff, Josh slowly lightened up. Jeff seems like a genuinely nice, so I'm glad Josh turned his attitude around. I hope two years forward to where we are now they are both successful in their healthier lifestyles.
Watching someone bring a sleeping person a bowl of cornflakes at 1am and then staring at them while they force it down is the funniest thing I've seen in a while.
6:28 "I cant explain it. I can't explain why I would be this weight with the food I eat." *"Toyah - It's A Mystery" starts playing while the guy is eating junkfood* Oh, British humor. Never change.
Oh stop it get a life. I am British and you have made me aware of the fact that I misspelled/neglected to place an apostrophe in the appropriate place. I can think of an appropriate place that I would like to put something. It wouldn't be an apostrophe!!!!
She eats cereal with water. I’m calling the police. Edit: Most like I’ve ever gotten has been about calling the police on a person with an eating disorder.
I feel so bad for Jeff hes just so happy making his food as if he were feeding his son. Not to mention he never really complained when he was hungry even tho he was
Personally I though that Josh was super annoying lol Geoff was a lot nicer, which is usually the other way around in these shows (heavy person=bitch, skinny person=nice)
@@blobfish-ck4nc omg if I were Jeff I wouldn’t talk so much myself because I’d feel so bad talking the way he did. Of course you’ll be surprised but no need to pester him for every meal 😔
@@raulw858 what's funny about that is that's not true an I work at Walmart and I don't see these obese people at all unless your talking about the employees then yeah
I guess Jeff's diet was healthier than most supersizers' diets in that there actually were vegetables on his plates. His diet was almost normal, it was just far too much!
I agree. That’s actually probably why he couldn’t understand how his diet was making him gain so much weight too. Easy enough to gradually eat more and more when your diet passes as normal.
I'm an under eater, I started making high protein/fat smoothies to up my calories and health for breakfast. Seems to be making a difference because I've put on a little weight and I'm no longer under-weight! I'm officially in range now.
Guy: “I can’t explain it! I can’t explain why I’d be this weight with the food I eat.” Background music: *it’s a mystery, it’s a mystery* 🎶 Lmfao this show
The supersize guy seems so sweet, the superskinny dude was lowkey rude, always pointing out what the other dude eats... like bro its 4pm and all u had is a cup of coffee pack it up health expert.
My sister has an ed, she weighs very little for her age and has been sent to hospital for not drinking enough before but I see how much she struggles eating and how it affects her mood
I’m Russian, so I weigh 16 bottles of vodka, 7 soviet anthems and 0 human rights Edit: This is a lot of likes, if I die after that this is not an accident, guys!
Gamemamer 2 i’m hawaiian, irish, german, chinese, japanese, english, french so i weigh 3 coconuts, 62 potatoes, 14 barrels of beer, 22 raw cats, 446 sushi, 4 pounds of tea, and 42 baguettes
I like how the British use “stone” as a unit of measurement. I just think about a dude in the 12th century picking up a heavy rock and saying, “hey, I bet I weigh about 10 of these rocks.”
Lara D It’s weird isn’t it. I use KG for weight, miles for distance and feet and inches for height when referring to a person. I think we (the U.K.) are just going through a weird transition period when it comes to our units of measurement.
@@kiznisha2562 Hi there from Canada:) We got the metric system when I was about 10 and I'm not so sure that we've ever fully transitioned either. I use Celsius for temperature, kilometers for driving, and liters for gas, but I measure human weight in pounds, still measure food with cups and tablespoons, height in feet and inches, and miles when I go running. Sheesh! What a mixed bag!
Shout out to Jeff for being so positive even though he probably felt like he was starving. I myself am underweight significantly but still could not sit there and watch someone eat all day without being hangry & irritable.
This is one of the few people that I think didn’t have an eating disorder. He just thought sugar was the way to go to get energy. Misguided. He finished most of his food without much issue.
Anorexia doesn't always mean not eating or starving its the mental illness so don't judge, saying this to someone who has a eating disorder can be very damaging
@@raneemmedhat585 That's not healthy. If you're a man you need to be eating at least 2000 calories a day and you'll lose weight, and if you're a woman you need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day and you'll lose weight. I'm anorexic and trust me dropping below those amounts leads to a lot of bad physical symptoms, I have a heart monitor on at the moment.
This is honestly my favourite episode the lads are so positive and the super skinny is actually eating his meals these 2 together are such a good duo such a positive episode! love to see it
The first super skinny actually eating the portions of the super sizer!! Josh did very well! Everyone else just ate a few bites and complained how big it was and never tried.
The superskinny people always act so much more superior even though they are at the clinic for the very same challenge with food. For Josh, he was mad about Geoff judging his candy breakfast, but Geoffs toast at least had nutritional value rather than a bag of jellies.
@@radhikanegi221 Bullshit, Im 21 years old weighing only 53 kilos at a height of 1.80m and Im perfectly healthy and an active field hockey player. Its way easier being skinny than being fat.
I can't be the only one who noticed this The obese people tend to be more embarrassed by their diet and do not complain alot about the skinny person's diet whereas the skinny people keep on complaining as if their own diet is any better (I'm not trying to blame every single skinny person)
Sad Cat Weight gain and loss basically comes down to calories in calories out (CICO) so if you want to gain weight you need to eat more calories a day than what you burn.
I appreciate the americans taking the time to show "hey you could be me" it's not easy to do. But that's a selfless act to help someone else understand where they are headed.
@@ahm6006 genetics dictate your metabolism, which is basically how much food you need to be healthy. Some people can be a healthy weight and still eat a lot of food, their body just burns it quicker. Genetics also decide how much acne you get, because diet doesn't matter there either. We're told a lot of lies about what "healthy" looks like.
@@Spidermanslefttoenail Im a very unproud american and i say that 2,500 burgers here would equate to the size of the french surrendering rate, or British peoples teeth routine
I'm gay and Native American so I weigh about 40 million murders, 0 land, 82 "its just a phase", 46 "are you the guy or girl", and 2 disappointed parents
@@afgzee2011 i understand but you have to think that one day you could go through some sort of depression and only eating makes you feel good and you could one day put on so much weight but at the same time you dont feel good because you feel trapped in your body and there is no escape.
