I decided to head out and support all the runners doing the Centurion NDW50 ultra running race 2021. It had been delayed due to covid so a releif all round it could go ahead.
Really pleased I made the ffort as not only did I enjoy supporting everyone, it also gave me insight into other runner techniques, pacing and strategy.
I managed to miss Luigi at St Marthas but made up for it when I headed to Reigate Hill which is about 30 miles into the race.
