Supreme Commander FAF Cast 460 4v4 Ladder on Canis River 

Around 22 minutes Gyle spots the shells from some mobile artillery at the exact same time a tac missile destroys the two units firing - so when he went looking he assumed he was being blind... for the first time he wasn't they were gone, he wasn't blind or mad this time.

I like how all 3 of them thought it was a suicide, and then discovered his gun upgrade.

Team 1 did see his Com coming in, and had ASF's in the area to shoot it down. They just decided to let him land (you can see it in the chat with the "let him go") and came out to meet him together (even saying "hello friend") for a bit of fun. It wasn't so much a brilliant play by him but rather his opponents just choosing to toy with him. And it cost them dearly lol.

I'll be honest, of all the casts I've watched, and all the players I've seen playing, WilloWisp is the only one who's presence makes me automatically hyped for what he's going to pull off.

Even during the intro I was very much looking forward to watching this. It's a(nother) Gyle cast featuring Willowisp. The previous ones in this series have been entertaining in a "What did I just watch? That was outrageous!" kind of way. With Gyle's better-than-BBC sports-commentators commentary to compliment and enhance it, like a fine Burgundy with a gourmet meal. I'm thinking... we're due for a battle where Willowisp gets knocked out early and it's one of the other players in the battle that does something extraordinary. Whether that will happen or not, remains to be seen...

Whenever I watch a new Gyle cast I pick a team to root for at the beginning of the game. Today I picked team 2 just because I recognized Willowisp

I want to give a shout-out to both the players for making this game amazing to watch, and to the developers of this mod who are _clearly_ putting a lot of effort into making this game both playable and enjoyable for everyone!

It started off cagey with a few tmd, But soon came Silene with a cheeky T3, Psixollen got harb'd, Things looked a bit peaky, Then along came Willow, Wading in with his GC. But alas it got wasted, By one of its own, A GC in waiting ready to pwn, The tides were turning by now, As the air battle was won, With an unflappable air play by Erectatron. A czar went too far, An Ythota bowled over, Reclaim can't save ya, From a spiderbot laser. Time for Ctrl-K's, for the battle was lost, But Psixollen missed the message, and rolled in like a boss. Laying down splash like a man with a vengeance His passion was burning, but his com had no defence. And for those players not mentioned, Maybe it's better that way, For you shan't wish to re-live this ignominious day. A worthy battle of which only SupCom can boast, And what finer man to lead us through it... To Gyle, our host.

the team colors are quiet neat - red to yellow for one team and teal to purple on the other. FAF improving more and more!

What an ending! If they showed that ingenuity early the game could have gone massively different. Great map for clustering the teams together and very well played IMO.

what's interesting about that GC duel at 28mins is Willows is shooting Silens in the groin, so the shield bots dome were tall enough to block some incoming fire which is what secured it's win there

I like how the teal player brought his Ithota back to his own allies base for it to be destroyed and then start killing his own teams units in the ion storm.

I really want Supreme Commander to have a third entry in the series, it seems classic strategy games are making a comeback to pc. With Homeworld 3, Sins of a Solar Empire 2 and Galactic Civilization IV coming soon, I really hope we'll see news of a Supreme Commander 3.

Trying to push forwards in late game in a 4v4 (or more players) is basically suicide and just gifting the other team shit tons of mass. It's just too easy to react to GCs and stuff, and if you don't completely obliterate a comm or base, you are giving the other team such a huge advantage.

The github link for the client in description is dead. Client asks for account even in offline mode. It has all kind of OAuth/OpenID integration except the one that makes sense - Steam. With software like this I can totally see why SupCom community is dead now.

It is a shame this mod looks so fun. Myself and my friends can not connect to each other to co-op the campain missions unless we swap to German servers from the Australian ones but 600 ping doesn't sound to fun.

Bliss at 1100 rank? Jesus, how? His use of Ythota was just plain stupid... at least this game. Walk Ythota into enemy firepower, not dealing with a forward base, not dealing with enemy colossus, not doin ANYTHING in the end... and then... not hiding it from enemy gunships, and even walking Ythota into friendly base to make a storm in there!!! That was just super noob play, how!? Minut 30 fyi 31 air player for team Willo was just useless... my gosh, poor Tzar not protected by an ally AT ALL.
