Why didn't supreme court order investigation about the alleged report from the EVM mock test that took place in Kerala? On what basis did Supreme court rule out the fact that the findings in the mock test was false? Election commission said that the mock test is a false report. That's it? By now even a kid knows what the present election commission is. And the integrity of rhe election commission was already seen crystal clear in the Chandigarh major elections. So why didn't the supreme court bench look durther into the results of the mock test by bringing the same EVM machines to the court and re testing them live? Why?

Suspicions over possible manipulation need not be verified and questioned Suspicion is enough to ban the use of evm. It is the Transperancy that matters not allowing for iota of doubt.

Technically, it is feasible to update the memory chip of the EVM machine without human intervention and swap the count of one symbol to another using external, unknown signals. (e.g., swapping the Congress vote count for the BJP vote). So to address this issue in this election, Instead of a 10% VVPAT slip count, increase the VVPAT slip count to 50% ~ 60%. If there is any mismatch between the VVPAT and EVM counts,do a 100% VVPAT slip count (or) conduct re-election. Furthermore, everyone talks about how tough it is to misuse this Japanese technology. But according to my experience with Japanese customers (>20 years of experience),I can tell you that they are very adept at managing data.They can identify where to introduce bugs based on the tested data pattern, and since we always sample at a maximum of 100 counts, the bugs will be introduced at a very remote number that might be connected to an unknown equation. Such a data pattern analysis is already present in the Japanese environment (Intelligence),but the human mind can never visualize such a circumstance. So THINK!!! and be careful!!! Adhere to the right solution using available resources.

Have we all not seen that currency note counting machine ?? It can differentiate the different currencies & give us the sum total with 10s kitna tha 20s kitna tha 100s kitna tha …… & so on. All within seconds !!! Can the same technology not be used to count the VVPAT slips ? Is this ROCKET SCIENCE or something ?? NOT doing so is a clear and unambiguous indicator of how biased the ECI is.

No difficulties in 100verification through vvpat reciepts .rather it should be attached with live display st everuy booth abd plazma or big should be indtalled and live voting and counting through vvpat reveipt can be done Which will bring more transperacy to the voting system and bring more trust .

Is it not possible to select randomly and count a 5 percent VVPAT print outs in each MP constituency with EVMs and only after cross checking the correctness of both EVM and VVPAT, the results should be announced. The VVPAT printouts should be treated and carried to the counting center the way the ballot papers were treated. If for any reasons, the EC comes out and says the thermal images of VVPAT can not be protected till final counting day, arrangements be made to count at the earliest day after the elections and the results kept secret by the EO. Random selection of VVPAT is a must and they should be selected in front of all parties.
