Confusion is their weapon. Just like when politicians bring out Omnibus bills with a universe of legal gibberish all over it. Buried deep inside the gibberish is usually something NOT good for the average tax payer.

If congress doesn’t want to do their job, all they have to do is quit. Pawning your duty off on someone else so you can keep getting a paycheck and bear no responsibility seems a bit , illegal to me.

So much BS! If I am wronged whether by the government or a private citizen I should absolutely have a right of redress by going to court. That should never be unavailable, the court is where justice is handed out when two parties disagree!

In recent years a steel companies retirement funds of 250 million plus dollars, which was the workers retirement funds that had been paid into for years and years were lost to them through the courts. So, some lawyers bought the steel plant. Brought a case to the court, then the court upheld that the lawyers could lay claim to the funds. The workers lost all the retirement funds. Is that right. no. Decided by men of no conscious. Statues are not law. That are all based the common law. English law. Almost a thousand years in the making. Statutes are just way to make something crooked sound like it is what is required by law to be held as just however hidden interests generally rule, and people leave the court wondering what just happened to the justice they thought they would receive. I walked down the hall and heard the lawyers laughing about what they had just done to me. This I will never forget. What they are talking about in this matter is moving away from common law and trial by jury. Scalia called the trial by jury the fourth branch of government. This is the power of the jury to be able to judge both the facts and the law in the case. In an administrative proceeding the court will make the decision or outcome not the people. Its where justice gets rerouted for all the reasons you could possibly come up with.

He’s not totally innocent but he was railroaded by the justice system for what happened, George Floyd was so messed up on drugs and was tearing up the back seat of the patrol car. If they hadn’t taken him back out he would’ve probably still died from Overdose. But they wouldn’t allow all of the evidence to come out, or he wouldn’t have been convicted. That’s why this justice system sucks.
Government agencies must be constrained by the letter of the law contained in a statute. The question of strict bounds are relevant and thus a jury trial may not be denied. Agencies are not the legislature nor are they the courts. If an agency has nothing to hide, why should a jury trial bother said agency?

And then you look at the text of the Constitution and it sounds like to me. I'm not an idiot, but I'm always impressed by the level of depth and understanding these people have for the law and how it's applied. I mean, I understand they went to school for it and it's their job and all that noise, but still. They had to all be at the top of their class. Every one of them are truly gifted.
I could be wrong, but I don't think the Supreme Court will take on a case without top-notch lawyers on both sides. You've got to be great orator and quick witted to argue in that courtroom. Many are your future politicians before they've been corrupted.
