Supreme is too basic for me. The logo sucks. Bape is what I'm a fan of. Colorful camo is often copied... they are the original. Love their cartoon characters even though that is too childish for me to wear. Love the materials used for bape clothing. It's my opinion. Thanks for the video.
Have you only ever seen a box logo? Why does everyone say Supreme is basic? You seen their paisley, patchwork, color blocked clothes? Anything other than the box logo and collabs? Supreme are great at stealing designs, therefore they have good designs. Sucks to hear it, I'm sure, but it's not as bad as everyone wants it to be (I used to hate Supreme)
Bape has better quality and is way easier to get, I like supreme too but over 300 for a simple box logo tee? Lol you should be able to get something like that without paying a crazy resale price even if it’s a super iconic logo

CarbonSkateboarding if you got bape from japan via proxy, its WAY cheaper, similar to supreme price, and supreme's quality is nowhere near bapes. Sure the hoodies are good, but the Shark hoodies and bape tees, cut and sew, etc are so much better and will still look brand new 4 years later, compared to the constant chipping i have on my box logo.

I don't own either, but I find the Bape camo, Shark hoodies plain ugly. Like something I would wear if I was 7 years old. It could be made of the best materials in the universe, but to me, it's just ugly.
DMulisha13 Only bape thing I have is a bomber jacket that has a shark face in front. And a agree with you. Shark hoodies are way to much. My bomber is too much, but at the same time not because the color is plain green.
if you have a barney's near you, they probably carry CDG. so I'd go in there and try some of it on. I do think they have similar sizing though, since they're both japanese
Supreme is cool but stussy & lrg are more for the culture to me supreme does include collabs with people notorious to history though I love a lot of the vintage pieces especially the Muhammad Ali & malcolm x collections
They're both WAY too try hard for me. I wouldn't wear it cause I'd feel corny. I'll wear hype shoes but I'm not getting fitted like Blake Linder no matter how much money I have.
Personally, bape is better, becuase supreme makes a box logo tee for 200 dollars, but with bape you can get a hoodie that has very nice quality and even has a feature on the hoodie that no other has, because of the shark face on the hood you can fully zip it to make a full face and you can have fun with it.
OG Bape vs supreme today might be a closer fight. Bape is kinda disappointing right now. They still have so much potential, but the brand seems aimless and it's worrying to see
They both have their hit and miss items. Supreme is way to hyped and the resell is out of hand which is a shame because it ruins it for the people that actually like it. Whoever pays hundreds of dollars for a box logo tee then you have issues....

The appeal for both brands for me personally is goes deeper than just comparing them presently. I still wear my Bape & Supreme, but I'm way more low key about the drops & items I buy or don't buy. I completely disagree with you Casual. Supreme is not better. Supreme I agree does have a wider variety of different type's of clothing piece options but the fact is they are not better than Bape. Supreme does not produce size 3XL, thats not even my strongest pt, wait....Supreme releases random type of shit like a giant camping jacket or school shooting rifleman jacket i would never ever wear, such as shown on a model in your video and Bape is actually more consistent because they stick with what they know, sticking to the script, releasing many of exactly you say, Shark Face and all over camo print hoodie's, a consistent pace because they not only release the standard abc camo line or the blue red and purple, they also have new camo color ways and collabo's on hoodie's so they are staying consistent with shark face's and camouflage patterns but with new color ways and also releasing the existing abc color ways and the red, blue and purple camo releases that they've always released from early day to present
Supreme is a shadow of what it could be as well... It is all about the hype and not about the style and now people run around wearing supreme and thinking it makes their shitty outfit (rest of it) cool and makes their cringy haircut ignorable and I am just wondering where it all went wrong. Some stuff is plain ugly but often still sells. It´s one of those brands that people wear that you do often not want to be associated with (like those that do not even know where Supreme actually originates (skateboarding)). That is at least what one can notice in Germany.

Bape has AAPE which is terrible. I think it is expensive but very horrid designed. Supreme has a lot of nudity and sex. I like clean clothes. I don't like drugs or sex on t shirt.

Both shitty IMO. Sure, I like some pieces and I would buy some Supreme or maybe even Bape if it wasn't for the culture surrounding the clothes, 3 or 4 of my friends are hard hypebeasts and its cringeworthy, its like they're dressing to impress each other. Besides that, the low-supply and high demand business model makes the market really shady with fakes and overpriced re-sellers. I'm fine with spending 44 dollars on a shirt, but past that and it starts getting a little crazy. Even some collabs are whack, like Supreme x Everlast, seriously, boxing gloves? What is a little hypebeast kid gonna do with boxing gloves and a heavybag with the Supreme logo on them? Seeing a little kid in full hypebeast gear with Supreme boxing stuff kills me, and the gloves aren't even a good brand like Winning or Grant. It's honestly not even worth the hassle and $900 for a box logo is ridiculous.
