Sur Ron Wont Turn On Solved! +Luna Customer Support Experience 

Honestly it was one of my biggest fears when I was thinking about buying this bike. am I going to break it and not have the support to repair it and then have a big paperweight? Turns out there's amazing community around the surround and Luna support is actually really good to me so far!

Yeah that's a downside of small companies generally importing things from China for low prices. If you buy a Yamaha from the factory they have enough money and support to really take care of you but the e-bike scene is still small and undeveloped. That being said I really feel like Luna took care of me and probably took care of me faster than if I had a defect on a Yamaha bike or something like that

I will be doing a video on fpv very soon probably on grindard's second channel but a great way to learn is to just buy a radio plug it into your computer and play a Sim it's the only way to do it without breaking the bank. even with my experience in the same I still did a lot of crashing and breaking of parts early on.

@@EdwinOlding haha. Some of the early crashes looked pretty fatal! I'll give it a go. Are there any particular brands to stay away from or any that are the standard in the fpv community? (I've heard that FrSky is pretty common among transmitters) looking forward to the video

It is the dream for sure! I've actually been at it full time for 2 years with my main channel Grind hard plumbing Co and let me tell you it's definitely worth all the hard work!

Interesting period maybe they only had the new controllers in stock and it had been so long they couldn't replace it anymore but half off is probably better than at cost even so that's still pretty good

Oh yeah that bike is unstoppable! Thinking about building a full suspension MTB in the spring. but the thing is if I have a few hours available in an afternoon am I going to take out the MTB or the surron?? Surron 10 times out of 10!

I think the biggest factor is tell a good story and keep people's attention in each video. That was our formula for grind hard do something ridiculous and cut out all the boring parts to keep people engaged as possible. If RU-vid notices that when people click your video people watch most of it that's a good sign . Thumbnails are also crazy important try to make it so someone couldn't possibly scroll past it. If your thumbnail gets clicked more than others and once they click it if they stick around and watch the video then RU-vid decides people really like that video and then it'll share it on the homepage and stuff like that. I might do a full video about it on this channel. This channel is really just to be part of the community and add in my two cents whenever I can haha

@@EdwinOlding someone was just kickedout of there facebook group. they said they only made one post asking which bike to get Segway vs SurRon. went an ordered the SurRon from luna tried to go back to thank everyone for advice. but was kicked..

2020 from luna. Hopefully you don't have to go through this but if you do it looks like they'll take care of you! I'll do another video when I get the speed controller and plug it back in
