Interesting fact about this track, the "Eek!" sample is actually a real human scream, just pitched up an octave and cut off prematurely. You can easily see this if you open the song file in OpenMPT and listen to sample 18.

Fun fact, the french word for penis has the exact same spelling as it does in english, (a common trend you will see in european languages) and so quite literally, "the penis" translates to "le penis" with a french accent of course

It's slightly different, but probably not closer to the artist's intention. Especially the namesake "Eek!" sound has noticeable distortion without interpolation. Modern PC-made modules are not necessarily meant to be treated the same way as compositions for the Amiga or SNES.

Most audio you hear on the internet is compressed, including this video, which has audio playing as an mp3 at 128kbps. Doesnt matter if its a chiptune, the audio quality will be worse if it is recorded and played back as a lossy mp3 file.
