Hello and welcome back to Transport Fever 2!
We've been making some more upgrades today to both our rail network and our road network. There's a hell of a lot of cargo waiting at various road stations, and by upgrading to the new Scania R620 lorries we'll be transporting more raw resources and hence producing more.
I'm also really enjoying the thought of the freight trains going through Hull, however it seems like it may not be the most efficient way of doing things. There's a great suggestion to split the platforms in Hull to make two bay platforms which makes so much sense, and will take some of the congestion off the through platforms.

5:21 you can set lines with certain things like that line, set it just to carry food, set the bricks to run bricks

24:51 - slip switch must also be in use for another line as red warning stays on after putting the 25 curve in place. And... keep the freight running through Hull - for now! It makes for more "drama" LOL Cheers mate!

Thank you for using the filters ❤ Also the whole bricks, bread thing with finding road vehicles which can only take one or the other - you can force lines to only take or drop certain cargo at certain locations, would sort it and mean you can have free reign on vehicle choice!

If you didnt notice, Queens Annoyed is too long as in the platforms it says York Queens Annoye, either you can keep it and burn our eyes or removes a letter or 2 like York Queens Annoy or York Queen Annoyed

Put a passing track (or tracks) on the north side of 5&6. The trains from Beverley will clear through more easily and free up everything leaving/passing the Beverley freight shenanigans.

Joe you need more factories on transport fever 2 and I would like to see two different A diesel and Electric trainas one train together and then two different electric trains as one train like one orange and one white

i highly suggest that you make the hull station bigger, because it’s literally the biggest city on the map thus it need to be larger. And also i would recommend separating the freight lines from the passenger ones. That’s very helpful especially when it comes to time saving and also the passenger lines would run smoother. ❤

13:58 the Pendolino went so far out because you don’t have exit signals at the station. At stations that are both terminus and through like hull, I like to put two-way signals facing away from the platform at every platform

Just another suggestion for Hull...create a track through the middle of platforms which freighters can use rather than having to wait for platform 4 to become empty so like a through track between 3&4

Maby adding signals at the end of the platforms in hull will make the freight have higher priority. As at the moment any train waiting for a platform has priority over the freight trains (platform is free before the section of track)

Hi Joe, not sure if you're aware but there is a proper camera tool in the game which is brilliant rather than just taking screen shots You need to go into the settings > advanced > enable camera tool. You'll get some amazing shots

I think a good idea for another series would do the oposite of the ECML and do the WCML. Have the map go from Crewe to Carslie and include stations Wigan, Preston, Lancaster, Oxenholme, Penrith, Carslile (The WCML) and have Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe, Barrow, Carnforth Ect.... Bassicaly North West England

Here’s an idea. Build a suburban rail network for Hull with electric units. Takes pressure off the regional stuff and also means you can expand the area.

hi joe I would agree with the Pendolinos but I would have the express as 1 Pendolino 1 class 91 and 1 hst/voyager/class180hulltrains.

You should build a new single bidirectional track past platforms 5&6 the avoids hull and avoids congestion as that seems to be a problem now freight runs through
