Just getting a chance to test out my new rig. Bought this setup specifically for the canal, so I'll have a full review later! For now, enjoy this Foggy evening of beach fishing!

Awesome video, how light of a plug can you throw on this rod? Probably going to grab the 8ft for fishing back bays and stuff. The rods I have for chunking don’t throw lures very well.

Salty McFogg can you fish 4hourse nonstop casting whit the rod? im looking to buy the 9ft MH for jewfish. here in my country they dont sell ,so is dificult for me to know the rod better .I fish with bobber so its nonstop casting and popping.

What do you say difference is lenght of casting you get by using Spinfisher Long Cast vs non long cast model?

I've been looking at getting a new 11" Surf Rod and I think I'm either going to get the trophy 2 or Elite what do you think?

It's really your call, both are nice rods, i haven't had the chance to even feel the elite but obviously you'll get more quality with the elite at the higher price.
