It's really about back extensor strength and endurance to hold that postural position for extended periods of time. One thing you need to make sure of is to keep your hip flexors loose to not place extra strain on the lumbar spine. check out a video about surfing with back pain or take a look on the blog "how to surf with back pain". i get into some back endurance work.
hey cris. really nice videos u upload here. really appreciate that u take your time doing these sort of training clips. it really helps me in my training and get really good variations of training.. one cuestion for u. do u have a good exercise for how to get a proper artch back when u paddling? for how to positioning your body and and a nice stretch for that.. thanks
