Bezels too large, and webcam only 720p. It already outdated.

Screen looks great but bezels are too thick, there is no 120hz option, no 1080p web cam, no sd card reader, only one Thunderbolt 4 port, no discrete GPU. You gotta step up the game Microsoft! Cool products though!

Well I think they should've design it for purposes. To me this machine looks as general laptop on Windows and nothing cool about it. Nothing extraordinary for the price. There is Samsung galaxy Book 2 in the same pricerange with the same processors but thinner and lighter, moreover SSD can be upgraded there too. There must be something that makes you buy this laptop, say some free software bundle for musicians or designers. They could've install powerfull soundcard that can drive high impedance headphones - just look at what people are using laptops for and you'll get the idea. You are paying premium and you are getting just a laptop. The way this machine was designed is not as it must be nowadays.

Looks nice, too bad every single Surface device has abysmal fucking battery. Returned a SP8 for a MacBook and I'm never going back, things lasts all day.

Bad thermal cooling, small vents, no port diversity, same design as last gen, no 3.5mm headphone jack, no expandable ram slot, mediocre keyboard (short key travel), large bezels, useless Windows 11, and overpriced compared to ThinkPad "T" and "X1" series.
