It wasn't like this back in my day (1970s, 80s). Sooo crowded. Not even the seals get a look in. So glad I did my best surfing all those years ago. Still a lot of fun though for all those guys and some great waves there.
Nowt wrong with what the Sponger did on any of those waves, he was far enough away from the stand-up to not cause any safety risk to either person. We all gotta learn to share and enjoy sharing. Sick surf though. I stuck my head around the corner of the harbour, when on my lunch break to watch a couple of waves on Thursday last week.
@@tobiassavage6383missed the point of my comment entirely then. Basically we CAN share a wave in harmony quite easily, and not jeopardise anyone's safety. And on these occasions this booger sahred waves safely. I think you perhaps a problem with sharing this planet and think each wave is that one person's to own. That attitude is what's got our planet to the edge of total destruction. Many have forgot to share and think ownership of nature's gifts are there for the taking. Yes it's wrong and dangerous to actually "drop in" on someone, which is when two people catch the same wave but right on top of each other, usually when one person ahs alreays cayght said wave. But when two people catch the same wave but are a good 15+ metres apart, and both riding the same direction, what's the issue? None
@@dantapaws8395You have absolutely no idea what your talking about . KOOK . If you were lined up to get served at the bar , would you find it acceptable for somebody to just cut in front of you ? Then again , and again , and ........ again . It's called surf etocate , being a selfish pr/ck will cause problems . You sound like the sort of person that pushes in on the road . A good surfer would catch up to that kook easily , and the kook will be the one with the fin chop . Then he would cry about it . Body boarding is for children under the age of ten . I bet you are one of them . Learn to stand up for yourself and be counted .
i always catch fuck all at lev as i'm surrounded by the sickest surfers in the country and know that they're going to do better on the wave than me so just let them have it, even when it's put on a plate for me.
Lev is a pit full of wannabe 'hard men" who think they own a wave. Easily the most unfriendly spot I've ever surfed. Pack of wankers down there, the best of it is that the majority of these self called locals are blow ins themselves 😂😂
Unless it’s a big slab I have zero respect for a “pro” dick dragger. There were some heavy ones going off the pier if he’s so good why wasn’t he pulling in to those
