Recently I've been revisiting the band Rusted Root. A favorite band from my youth. Bunch of guys (and at least one gal) from Pittsburgh, PA. Check out "Send Me on My Way". Classic, upbeat tune. I was reminded of it from Ed Pratt's second video from the beginning of his unicycle adventure around the world. Highly recommend that entire series! I was a unicycle rider from my grade school days and on. Hadn't broken out the old Schwinn, until I watched Ed's videos and I was inspired to pump up the tire and re-live my early days. It is important that you continue to work with your dog! My dog is 9 years old, and we still review training so she can continue to be an off leash dog!! Sometimes, I think my neighbors think I've totally lost my mind! One thing I work hard on with my dog is NO Stepping into the street! She is a little dog, almost impossible to see if she is in the street and a car is coming! There are times she gets overly excited, and "forgets where she is" and her little body goes into the street! So, what I will do is go to the other side of the street, tell her to stay where she is, then I laugh, dance, make noise, and just act totally goofy! The idea is that she has to stay on "her side" of the road, while her favorite person is having a blast on the other side of the road without her! As long as we keep working on it, she is better at remembering where her body should be!!! I'm an aging rocker, so the old Rock 'n Roll from the 60s and 70s are my tried and true sounds of music! I'm not sure that I can pinpoint any single artist (or group) that I'm currently totally into....although I have noticed that Frampton Comes Alive on my Sirius XM channel can get me going now and again....but so does Led Zeppelin!!
