That's definitely Peruvian lomo saltado n it was so adorable how The Italians were trying to learn salsa. I'm sure your finding it entertaining showing them around, having them try new foods new activities, it reminds when I show my friends n family around my side of the U.S. (Southern Cal) 😁

Oooh Laura if you read this re: Miami trip makeup case-- plastic walls, what about cutting a very large flexible cutting board, you know the flat ones that looks something like a placemat. Just needs to be long enough to go all the way around and attach, maybe sew it? Loving your videos on both channels, bought 3 cookbooks, 2 in print one digital! :)
