Yea i agreed on that. Dads or guys in general, we grew up thinking that we have to always be the "hero" or the "manly" one who shows no emotion and never cries. But deep down, we still do.. we are human afterall.

I don't think you can place the blame on society really. I grew up in a single mother household with 2 sisters and was always encouraged to show emotion. I'm sorry for you lost man, i lost my father and my brother in the same week to cancer, 8 years ago, i had fond memories from the moments we past together, today i can only say thank you for all the love he had for the family. Its sad that we had to get through losting a parent, but all we can do is appreciate te moments they are here, and remember later in life. God bless you my man
