@Collete Davis well Collette since you made over your dad's truck it's only fair he does yours on your wishes on what you need on your truck bc then you & dad both can do burn outs together & great Job bc your dad's truck looks brand new it's just I don't like the underglow lights on vehicles bc in some states it's illegal & it makes it look tacky unless your doing a car show otherwise I'm not a fan of the underglow lights & your so pretty I couldn't stop watching your video's.

Hey Colette. I just wanted to thank you for taking us along on this “restomod” journey. I could tell your dad was very proud , although he had a shocked expression on his face. I must say this series has inspired me to do I “restomod” on my car once I finally get her. I would like to do something similar to what you did as , my vehicle is also very sentimental.

Colleen your reaction to your dad's burnout had me cracking up LOL it's funny when you find the kid in your parents. There's no doubt in my mind he loves knowing you paid attention over the years to the things that he would have enjoyed about his truck. Your dads reactions and the story of him breaking into the truck, it’s just funny because my dad is like this I think all dads are kind of the same 😂. I just love those srt10 trucks. Yaaay! And yes, I have absolutely loved this series (and I’m not even a truck guy 😂). A mix of makeover surprise + family member or friend + a vehicle chassis not normally featured on the channel = a very enjoyable experience for me. So thank you for this mini series! I hope you do more like say your Mom or another family member or friend. Make it a sort of Collette’s Pimp Yo Ride series that comes around a few times a year 😀

Wonderful job and tasteful mods to the truck! These have always been my dream truck. I got the exact same year and color QC in 2014 right after my last deployment in the Marines as a gift to myself. I got out of the service 6mo later and landed an amazing job. I decided I wanted to do a full build/restore and tore the truck down completely. Unfortunately I lost my job a year later when the price of oil crashed in 2015. Got to enjoy the truck for a year and hasn’t seen daylight since. Time and funds have sadly gotten in the way of finishing it. This has given me some inspiration to make an attempt at getting it back together. Thanks for the content!
