Folks, I've been thinking about BBQ bologna since the first time I saw a video of it a few years ago. I'm so glad that I finally gave this a go. Seasoning and smoking the bologna totally transforms the flavor profile. I would almost compare this to a nice steak. (Alabama Tube Steak) Try this one folks, well worth the effort.
