This video is aimed at someone like me, a Surrey Hills first timer that wants to get a good sample of trails in without wasting too much time and effort trying to stitch together trails in all different places.
Pitch Hill trails seemed to tick the box with a good selection of trails all in the one area. I managed to get most of the named trails in. I missed Death Star, even though I sat at the top of it without realising!! Root of All Evil had a tree down across it and Thick and Creamy can wait for a dry day next year.
Having got into Downhill Mountain Biking over the last three years or so, I've fancied the Surrey Hills, just not on the DH Rig!! The geometry on my full suss never made it quite as much fun. Then I got my new Mountain Bike - the Bird Zero 29er slack Hardtail. It's the dream and this is the first of many Surrey Hills visits i'm sure!
