I do not feel safe I'm more worried about the police than I am a criminal. I was robbed not long ago, apparently the cctv was pointing in the wrong direction, it took the police 3 weeks to actually come and see me to tell me they weren't going any further with it. A month later my purse was dropped through my letter box with a note saying sorry and the return of my family photos. I have a ring door bell and could easily pass this onto the police but I didn't because they are not fit for purpose they hold us in such contempt I honestly wouldn't bother contacting them ever again. Well done for your continued hard work in highlighting the pointless oxygen stealers. Stay safe Plod.

The woman was really cool. The superintendent is just ill informed and a bit slow, but 2628 is the absolute worst. Aggressive, stupid and violent and a real danger to the public. He blatantly lied. The corruption in the police is evident here. The superintendent was schooled , then bully boy got involved and told lies and manipulated the superintendent, even though he was given the lawful memo passed down by npcc, this was then ignored in favour of allowing that c*** to bully someone. Absolutely disgusting. This is one of the worst, because we have a bully boy who has no care for the law , he just wants to have control then get physical when he can't get it , and a weak willed unintelligent superintendent that despite having a document outlying the correct response to people with cameras, is easily manipulated into being corrupt by a bully. 6 months ago I thought the police were starting to grasp the idea of filming in public , but recently on several auditor channels the police seem to have regressed and not learned anything. My contempt is now at the point I just don't feel safe with police as our supposed protection, they are actually as bad as criminals. With criminals you know you are getting robbed , but with police their criminality us done covertly and sly , and in most cases you have no one to turn to, which is way worse than criminals imo. I may as well become a criminal rather than be an innocent member of the public , police treat criminals with more respect.

The only trouble is that he *wasn't* filming on the public highway but on private property (and, yes, police stations are private property). You have the right to film while on the public highway but not elsewhere. The policeman told him to leave their property. If he had immediately turned around and then started to leave everything would be fine, but the fact that he did not meant that the policeman was perfectly entitled to use reasonable force to remove him from their property. You being removed from a police station is no different from you being removed from a bar or nightclub by door staff/bouncers.
This good people is the standard of people employed by the UK police force today. They are a liability and a danger to the public. The sargeant has made a career defining error which when investigated will cost him his job. Ref inspector Gittoes merthyr police.

He was never at any point trespassing as the lady in the beginning of the video invited to show him around defaulting him as a visitor regardless if it was public access or private land.

The more the gap widens between the police and the general public, the aggressive nihilism displayed here will increase amongst their ranks. Until the law is changed so that the offending cop is held personally responsible and has to pay out of his own pocket, if it goes to court these tyrants will continue to abuse the public. We the taxoayer has to pay for their vile acts.
So many other citizens with businesses that serve the public are lawfully required to carry public liability insurance, so why not the Police? The answer: So many of them would be uninsurable within a matter of weeks that the whole policing system would grind to a halt and probably never recover.

What in heavens name have I just witnessed? Superintendent Rob Harris 2276 and PS Ken 'Rambo' Evangelista 2628 should both seriously consider another career, which, hopefully keeps them as far away from the public as possible. I am getting a bit frustrated with some of these videos where there is no explanation at the end. There is no intention of what to do in the future. There is no explanation of. If you’re going to sue the police did you get arrested did you get thrown off? Was it lawful et cetera

He won't do anything. No solicitor will take this case. They had the right to physically remove him because he was trespassing. It's arguable he was committing criminal aggravated trespass. Property being paid for by taxes doesn't give the public the right to access it as they please-nor does S33 of the Criminal Justice Act. Most UK auditors are wrong on these points.
@@wayne90079 Section 33 doesn't mean what you seem to think it means. Section 33 gives the police the ability to arrest people who are wearing uniforms connected with political parties in premises that are open to the public. Prior to 1972 they could only arrest people in open places. This power for the police to arrest people does not provide any right for you to access any place you want. If you have genuine business with the occupier of a property then there is an implied right of access (unless there is a locked gate etc) to walk up to that property and knock on the door etc to see if you might be admitted and to conduct your lawful business and, yes, you are free to video unless the occupier of the property tells you not to or if you are told to leave the property then you must do so promptly. However, this right does not stem from Section 33 but from case law over the centuries where the courts have ruled on what is lawful and what is not lawful. The Court of Appeal has ruled that if you have been told to leave a property then you must immediately turn round and go by the quickest route to the public highway. You have only a few minutes grace to make it to the highway before force can be used against you.
The biggest problem in the police officer isn't the degenerate bullies and sex offenders. It's the abundance of other officers that will willingly sit back and not only endorse this behaviour, but cover up any wrongdoing to protect their buddies. Cowards.
There needs to be a 'Failure to Intervene' law in this country that would make it an automatic criminal charge for any Plod that witnessed another Plod unlawfully assaulting or about to assault a citizen. But, Plod would be too busy arresting each other to solve any crimes, so I guess that will never happen.
