Am surprised it doesn’t happen more often. So many times I see school buses run the red, turn on red flashing lights so another us can make a left turn, then turn them off. Sit with the red lights flashing, waiting up to 3 minutes for the kid to come out of the house, then go down the street and do it again. Making right turns on red when the signs say no turn on red.
