It reminds me of my childhood when my mother made some kuhahos after we butchered a pig. I spent part of my life in Bohol, maybe 18 -20 years. They were sun dried and covered with very thin fabric like tulle to prevent the flies from hovering the meat. We mostly grill them, the smoky smell from the dripping fat was so good, made you hungry, mouth watering. I missed that. 🙂🙂

Love watching your videos. All the hard work that is put in every day from the vegetables that grows in the back yard to the fish pond in the mountains to the rice fields and all the resources that is available makes a meal with your family at the end of a day more appreciative and so delicious.
