Yikes! Glad you're okay. Great topic. Do you need to dial back the stress in order to stay healthy? As a founder who is very mission driven, I can imagine it would be difficult to find a new balance between the work I'm doing and my health.
Ironically, I don't have much stress these days. Back when I was an active founder, it was an issue. I found Kung Fu to be an amazing release! You can't worry about the business with a foot flying towards your head. 😆
