Recently I got to preach at my good friend Julie Richard's Fearless Mom Conference, and I had way too much fun speaking to just moms. How cool would it be if moms got to have sashes like Girl Scouts with all the badges they've earned?

This message was exactly what I needed today! Felt so discouraged and exhausted. I don’t have any mom friends or any friends for that matter I do it all alone with my husband and at times I wished I had other people around… thank you holly ❤️

This was so awesome. Thank you so much. I shared this with my daughter and my two daughter-in-laws. It gave me peace to know I did the best I could . And that Jesus was always there. I knew Him at 16 but not like I know Him now. Thank you❤

Holly- I agree with your message. BUT, what if God doesn't provide community? I've never had a community, a tribe. Not as a kid, not in college, not in the workplace, not in church, not in mom life. I haven't even found an eGroup that's the right fit. You make it sound easy- go forth and connect. I can't imagine it's that simple for anyone, especially in these times.

Shelley start one, I went through a dry season of no friends no community, I started to approach people I started to volunteer in my church, when I visited park I would be determined to make small talk with at least one other mom and I got 2 solid friends that I still talk to now. I saw someone going through surgery and would take a meal even I just knew her a little. I have a good group of friends now!!!!!!
