Share it confidently. B. Effects of the culture: 1. Gets your attention. 2. Influences your thinking. 3. Wins your affection. 4. Redirects your focus. 5. Dominates your conversation. 6. Influences your dress (attire). 7. Influences your choice of music. 8. Ruins your witness. 9. Leads to idolatry. 10. You'll die a wasted life. C. How to deal with drifting from God: Repent with the right motive. Jesus, you know my heart and you know how prone I am to drifting away from you towards today's culture. Please give me the will and desire to not do that! 😣

Times have really changed 😕 😪 I found a Bible that was given to my dad by his teacher in 1944. You can tell my dad cherished that Bible bc you can see pages marked and verses unlined and prayer request made and when they were answered( I might add some weren't). In today's world that teacher would be sued and would've lost their job. Praise the Lord and Glory be to God for Dr. Stanley who preaches the truth from the very beginning of his message. In the society we’re living in today we have a small few Faith Believing and truth speaking revealing our sins, failures and things that turns us away from God. Men like Dr. Stanley preaches with the power of the Holy Spirit, God and Christ Jesus to turn or keeps us in walking in obedience to God in repenting of the course we have traveled. In order to turn back to Jesus with a pure sincere heart willing to walking in obedience and will of God’s laws and plans for eternal life.
