It's so nice to see rookie players make plans of where to go.

Fisk, remember to check every nook and cranny for loot, every building,vehicle and so on. You'll get the hang of in-game mechanics pretty soon, gun fights are insane in this. Try to avoid night time, it's terrifying. To properly disassemble a weapon for parts you need a disassembly tool which in return will give you all the listed parts so you can craft your own weapon using a vice bench in one of the camps for a small fee from the technician. You can also find upgrades for your guns and fit them yourself without paying him. Technicians also require a 3-tier tool set which goes basic, advanced and calibration type. They are scattered around the zone so you have to look for them. You'll get money for finding them and giving it to the Tech. Keep up the videos and PLEASE MAKE THEM LONGER!!!! Also yellow missions are main "story" quests. Try not to take too many random jobs from Npc's because it's been known that too many in your PDA may crash the game

you are like an adorable puppy clumsily discovering the world. almost everything you say about how you think the game works is wrong. it is a bit like these "my girlfriend who is not a gamer is playing warzone for the first time" type of videos. that being said, youre very hilarious and entertaining and im looking forward to watching the other episodes in this series!

Please keep the videos coming. It’s always fun to watch a new STALKER finding his legs. Few starting tips: •you need a multi tool to disassemble weapons and armor. It’s 4K Ru and is priority # uno. Also buy a hunting knife. Purchase a whetstone to keep knife and multi tool in top shape. •kill mutants for cash (sell parts to guy in garbage). Disassemble weapons for parts, keep prime ones and sell unneeded ones to mechanic in Rostok. •accept and complete missions to earn cash and learn stash locations. •you need tool sets to build and craft; basic, advanced and expert. These are why stashes are crucial to seek out, especially early on. Look for Hip (female STALKER in rookie village) and complete her request for an easy early basic toolset to get started. •establish a home base where you set out from with a general stash location. I’d recommend the bar in Rostok. I’d also recommend disabling limited stashes in MO2 so you can keep as much loot as you desire. •Stashes, stashes, stashes. They are lifeblood. •if you’re new (due to carry weight limitations early game) I wouldn’t really dabble too much into cooking. Buy food is easier for early game. Early game is a grind no doubt, mostly to find and/or save up to buy repair/gun kits that are necessary to utilize GAMMA’s scavenging aspect. Good luck!

this game entangled me in its World quiet fast and quiet deep. Started blind without any idea what to do. That learning by doin is so awesome done in this Modpack basicly better then most rpg ive EVER played

Haha you're gonna have a lot of fun with this. I told you on the last video that jumping into this mod without playing Stalker before is crazy, but it's still fun to watch you figure things out. The enemies in this game are intense the way they work as a squad and try to flank you, and the amount of items there are to loot and keep track of is insane. You're doing well so far. Keep an eye out for toolkits because you'll need them to do custom upgrades on your gear at a workbench. Always have medkits, bandages and some kind of anti-rads on you, watch your total weight capacity because it affects stamina, and remember to quicksave every 10 or 20 minutes because you WILL die. Also when you think you already have enough ammo, bring more. Don't be afraid to just read through stuff on your PDA so you can learn how the game mechanics work. Save your game and take 10 minutes to read and then reload your save so you don't waste in-game time. Some missions are time-sensitive. Anyway if you have any questions I can probably answer them, I've never played this Gamma mod but it looks very similar to Anomaly, so I bet a lot things work the same way.

Can't get enough of STALKER videos. Love seeing fresh faces getting into the Zone and you're a quick learner too! Also a little advice: *Hold F to highlight items you can pick up. *Pistols can go into knife inventory slot so you can have 2 primaries and a secondary (but no knife) *Small square boxes can be broken (use a knife) to get extra loot *Strongboxes (stashes) cannot be looted by NPC's so in any base you can use it as your personal vault and it will be safe, and forever remain there - use it to set up a base of operations to keep all your loot/materials which you might need down the line (you can also use spare backpacks you find as unlootable stashes on the go (right click->create a stash)) *A lot of items that might look like objects are actual loot (like gas cans) - which are needed for cooking, crafting or just sell to a trade for extra cash - so hold down F when looking for loot to see items to pick up when nearby. The Farm alone has 6 breakable boxes, 2 safes (one in each building) 2 Jerry Cans (Fuel Cans) near the vehicles and so on.

I loved the intro, kinda like episodic flashbacks. Love this series so far, you're the best part of it ❤ This games AI is amazing tbh. 👏

Every time you hear the sounds of the crows like that, it means a major storm is incoming, but it arrives within minutes and will kill you if you are outside, you didn't show this storm, and it's something I feel you would have shown as it's scary. and a big part of the gameplay in the zone so maybe you have them turned off somewhere in the settings. I really am enjoying your adventure in the Zone, Good hunting Stalker.

Hey Fisk, what a great video! You should start a series on Deadside with Fooster. With your energies, that would be so much fun to watch. They've recently had an major update for more survival-ish aspects like hunting ducks!

Fisk the more goodwill you have the more trusting you are to the factions and traders they will be willing to follow you if you ask them and traders will sell you higher quantity and quality goods.

Fisk! I have to tell you a sad news. You have a cool 12Gauge shotgun but at 17:10 you purchased wrong ammo from the trader. You bought 20Gauge rounds and you can't load those into your gun.

Right Click on the weapon/outfit and click on details, everything is there including the condition of parts and what repair kits you should use. I think you are enjoying anomaly lol

they say gamma is for pro's but honestly i find anomaly (no gamma installed just anomaly) is harder then gamma. half the entities are missing on gamma, on anomaly every 5 feet your running into one. great video btw

Nice start man and it's always good to see a fellow Stalker trying to play the game as it was intended to be played. Gamma is a bit of a jump in the deep end though, you'll need to get on top of the crafting system as soon as you can, Read ALL the blurb under the guide section of your PDA. It's pretty in depth and essential with this modpack. Just a little tip, hovering over any weapon, armour or tool will highlight everything associated with it such as the right ammo, parts and usable repair stuff. Just to make sure you don't purchase the wrong ammo again haha

those dukes around that building was a great fight for a new player i would have died lol gg

Fun fact: one of the cut mutant for stalker 2(2011) was the log mutant. Wacth was a half rotten log wacth housed a fragment of a human head and flesh that was been mangled with the wood itself and then about to attack the log would split apart revealing the head inside and walking on all fours

This is my first look at S T A L K E R gameplay. Looks kinda simular to Fallout. Great walk through my dude. Rough sledding using just a double barrel tip down hog leg. 😆

quick tip if you come aross a firefight, if your side wins run in quick and loot all the bodies before the AI does lol

just wanted to say maybe dont focus solely on the story for the videos pls! part of what makes stalker so great is "living" in the world and doing side quests. a lot of us have seen the story many times so maybe for your series you can do things a little different. just an idea, play how you want of course!

More and more Stalkers are braving through the Great Swamp with minimum protection and starting shotgun while it took me some time to gather my guts to trek the place with Saiga 12 ISG, SVDs PMC in hand and Hip armed with M249 (in non GAMMA). I tip my imaginary hat to you, comrade stalker.

Sweet more stalker lol. Was shooting at the screen to tell you that you brought the wrong ammo but you couldn't hear me lol. My game has a bug that won't allow the backpack or skinning animations to be shown, not sure how to fix 🤔

Not sure when this was recorded, but ive been trying to enable the skinnig animation at 3:07. Seems like it was disabled due to a major bug bug in the version im using, but I cant find anyway around it. I just seem to be missing half the animations from the FDDA mod becuase of this.

Green is better but you will not know what toolkit it have. Note 2 The last of the " 3-tier tool " can ONLY BE FOUND NORTH OF THE ZONE
