Andy's comprehensive way of sprinkling black and gray water to keep his acreage wet before bushfires SAVED his house and property. Goes way beyond the technique of sticking a sprinkler on the roof -- as others did-- not saving their properties! Nor waiting for helicopters to dump water on one's house -- often destroying the house itself and not saving the property from fire.
