For those of you who don't know, Shaolin kung fu is one of the oldest and hardest forms of martial arts. Shaolin monks are Buddhist monks that practice Shaolin Kung fu as apart of their meditation. A lot of MMA and other martial arts originated from Shaolin kung fu. You may have seen many MMA fighter vs Shaolin Monk videos on RU-vid. Shaolin masters can develop crazy abilities like iron fist, extreme flexibility, and the ability to run on water.

Don’t use Lingoda. It’s a scam. They are really good at finding different types of RU-vidrs to promote for them. But people, be aware. Lingoda is a scam. Please read the reviews online before you give them your credit number. Pay attention to the bad reviews. (the good ones all look like paid reviews) Once you pay, no matter what reason, you will never get your money back.

gong fu is very chill! I take gong fu classes, your muscles get sore and you do intense excersices + fighting skills. 3/8 of it is just stretching as well. Very much chill.

Just remember to take it gradually, if you feel something rip you tried too hard. It takes many days to develop flexibility. With that said there is decent amount of pain that is necessary and it is much worse than a mosquito bite.
