I am actually confused. So this woman is an investigator that collected evidence, individually, in individual bags however she is stating that they are some kind of devices, but doesn’t know what they are. She’s an investigator and did not look into what the specifics were on this evidence?

What was the purpose of taking the sweatshirt? What does the sweatshirt have to do with the case? Did they find anything in the police vehicle that’s related to the case? Did they find anything in the apartment that’s related to the case? What did they find after all of the searching, that’s related to the case? Is any of this evidence linking him to the crime?
He wore the same sweatshirt and military looking pants over another female witnesses house that he was stalking…just proof that that witness was not lying and just made it harder to prove that he wasn’t a monster/creep
