Que domínio, que esplendor de técnica! Quanto sentimento e naturalidade na sua interpretação, ela deve a mais única que já escutei dessa música. Suas harmonias me deixaram nas pontas dos pés e com o coração nas mãos, foi um sopro de frescor nessa canção que eu já amava. E sua voz, afávelíssima, com esse sotaque charmoso. Acho que até o próprio Luiz bateria palmas, amei de verdade essa interpretação!

There was a time, in the ‘60s when I was a boy, that Bossa Nova took me places that other genres couldn’t. I even tried to learn Portuguese so I could go to Carnival in Rio. I never made it. But I did watch Black Orpheus a record number of times. Thanks for bringing back those wonderful ancient memories.

Dear Susana----This song first hit me in 1965, then as projectionist showing Orfeo Negro in high school in '69. The song always held on to my heart since then. But your 5 minute WOW version now grabs my heart. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
