I met her in 1986 at the first MTV Spring Break. I was working at a popular hot dog store making french fries and the whole band plus a tv crew came in. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I asked her out...on tv! She just smiled and said something like "maybe another time." She was really sweet about it though. After they left everybody teased the hell out of me until a guy came in and gave me two backstage/after-party passes compliments of Susanna Hoffs! Went to the show on the beach and to the party afterwards, but never saw her there.

My friend use to cater for the movies and TV shows and he was doing catering for Gilmore Girls. I get a call from him and he asked where I was at I said going home after work he said come on down to this theater can not place the name of it now was in Hollywood and be in the audience.
