Based on the facts I've joined the dots and this is what certainly happened.. - Disha Saliyan (Sushant's ex-manager) and Sushant both knew of some discrete information w.r.t Bollywood industry. - The culprit/gang kill Disha on 9th June by throwing her from her building and showing it as suicide. Sushant then anticipates his murder. - The culprit/gang now sketch a plan for Sushant's murder. - The culprit/gang wanted someone to stay in Sushant's house to keep an eye on Sushant. So they influence Rhea to shift to Sushant's house and make his health to deteriorate. - The culprit/gang get Sushant's all SIM numbers through Rhea. - The culprit/gang ask Rhea to change Sushant's old cook/staff and to hire new cook/staff. - The culprit/gang get cctv cameras removed from Sushant's house. - The culprit/gang ask Rhea to move out of Sushant's house on 10th June and then they kill him easily on June 14th. So if Police/CBI figures out what discrete information both Disha and Sushant knew which got them killed then the case gets solved.

I think there are some technicalities to be met before CBI can be involved. SC can make it possible. But we should thank HM and others who are against CBI involvement without logic for vested interests. That will help ppl vote them out soon.

When a person dies doctor comes home, checks the body gives death certificate & then the cremation takes place , if required they wait for days for dear ones and then cremation is done. Here did police see the body hanging ?

I think we can rule out the pregnancy angle here. I think Disha and Sushant knew a common secret. In November itself he said that he wanted to quit acting and take up farming and asked his brother in law to take him to Chandigarh. So this is not something that happened in a span of 5-6 months. Rhea and Siddharth came into Sushant's life around the same time - Apr 2018.This can't be a coincidence considering the way he is defending Rhea now and also the way he spread lies about Sushant's death. When the news of Disha's death reached Sushant he immediately knew he would also be killed. They knew something about someone maybe about the top politician who was at Disha's party. I feel there are many people who know the truth about what happened at Disha's party. But nobody speaks out as they fear for their life. I think the murderers had multiple motives- to destroy his career and prevent him from exposing a secret. What about Samuel Haokip? He was Sushant's close confidante. Smitha just said he had all the artificial intelligence project details with him. Where is he? He is nowhere to be seen after Sushant's death which is a bit weird since he was living with Sushant throughout as per the family. The social media account seems to be handled by someone else as it seems shady. All the posts are of 2018 or 2019. Is someone else using his account? This needs to be found out. With the 3 ambulances and 2 bodies theory floating around I doubt if this has a link to Samuel's absence.
yes every forensic expert and doctor says he died on the 13th of june because the marks in his body are really strong and it take 18-20 hours for it to become like that, so he most probably died at the afternoon or evening of the 13th of junge, forensic experts have said his body doesnt look fresh and its 20 hours since he is dead

Can someone pls fill in for me, Smita said he was always very lively and energetic but the bodyguard says that he used to keep sleeping as he didn’t feel very well. Then I heard on some channel that he wasn’t in touch with his family for last one year or so but then I also heard somewhere that he had called his brother in law and was planning to move to Chandigarh. And seems like his sister who lives in Bombay used to come and stay with him at times. Timeline is not very clear. Is it possible that he was intentionally not keeping in touch with his family to protect them from someone who he thought was trying to hurt him could also be a threat to his family?
