Suspect accused of stabbing, killing 3-year-old boy at Giant Eagle in North Olmsted indicted

A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted 32-year-old Bionca Ellis, the suspect accused of the double stabbing at Giant Eagle in North Olmsted which resulted in the death of 3-year-old Julian Wood.
“This case is truly devastating. I want to express my heartfelt condolences to the Wood family during this difficult time,” said Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley. “As a father, I could not begin to imagine this grief, but I can promise that we will do everything in our power to bring justice for Julian Wood and the Wood family.”
Ellis was indicted on the following charges related to the stabbing:
-One count of aggravated murder
-Two counts of murder
-Two counts of attempted murder
-Two counts of felonious assault
-One count of endangering children
-One count of tampering with evidence
-One count of misdemeanor theft
An arraignment for Ellis is set for Monday, June 10 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

Did you notice how this one set the "random" trope out in its own sentence? "Random" isn't a motive. A pair of dice didn't murder this child. A woman did. A black woman targeted a white woman and her child. She didn't know them previously. There was no prior interaction. She didn't steal anything, so there was no venal motive. She simply saw a woman and child and, knowing nothing else about them other than that they were white, she attacked them, with special attention to the child. When an elderly man hears someone attempting to open his door in the dark of night and fires at the intruder, it is framed by the media and prosecuted in court as a racially motivated hate crime. When a black targets a white child for murder in broad daylight, it's just "random" and you need to shut up and get back to work.

It’s not tragic it’s horrific. Watch a plea bargain happen to forego the death penalty. There is so much evidence here they better not do that.

The headlines always make sure to add "random act of violence" instead of the actual act, a hate crime. But if the roles were reversed oh lordy.

Why was the victim shown when you were speaking about the perpetrator and then the perpetrator was shown while you were speaking about the victim?? That was a very confusing way to show the story
