Happening over and over again...... of course this animal was going to kill someone. How sad this beautiful innocent Man lost his life and his family will suffer loss and pain for generations to come. Who gets 30 chances to get their sorry life turned around...this monster did. Tims to put the Death Penalty back on the table for these horrific deadly Crimes. Evil cannot be cured, fixed or rehabilitated. It's about time our clueless coddling Justice System and career Politicians figure out this no brainer.
