There are some issues with the rear suspension 3:45 Those 2 bolts are not going to be strong enough , welding and bracing will be needed. 6:10 Note rear suspension travel distance and compare to 6:29 where there isn't any travel after the shock absorber is installed. The upper mount is binding. To fix this, the upper shock mount needs to be shaped like the lower mount ( silent block )
It’s sad that he puts in so much work and effort with all the stuff he does and only gets like 100k to like 20k views a video he deserves so much more just for the amount of work he puts into all of this
I may be wrong but I see some issues with the ramp part of the buggy. I feel the nose is too high off the ground to efficiently flip vehicles and when you lower the nose the wheels stick out to far out the top and will get damaged when you flip a car
I pray to god he doesn't actually try and flip a car with it either! The frame construction is nowhere near strong enough, with the countless stress concentration points and lack of structural reinforcement where it needs to be. This takes the "my friend has a welder, he can build me a rollcage in his backyard!" levels of sketchiness, then goes ahead and builds a whole damn car like that!
Rear double modification is all wrong. . You let the inner wheel only to be secured and not the outside. What will happen is that there will be leverage from the outer one and would cause a damage on the bolts.
