Great job Victoria! Will keep following you on this journey to learn more about sustainability and improve my habits in order to reduce my environmental impact. xx from italy
Love these sustainable tips! I tend not to buy many clothes but I can definitely be more sustainable in other areas of my life!! Smashed that like button!
Love your focus. We talk about sustainable products and creating healthier environments through home furnishings and interior design. There are scientific studies that prove how our health is affected by the home environment we live in. It's great to learn how to live better. Happy New year Victoria!
YES! I love that. I recently relocated and had to furnish a whole house using second hand/sustainable options. That's awesome! Than you so much for watching, Lisa!
You’re amazing Victoria! If you keep a container in your freezer, you can fill it with onion, garlic, carrot and celery scraps (and probably some other veggies) to make veggie stock!
I'll have to say Victoria I used to be sooo bad for buying things that were fast fashion! I've cut down so much but you've inspired me to cut it out COMPLETELY! Totally using that search engine too!! Thanks my love, amazing video! Happy New Year!
That's AWESOME, Katie! I know, it can feel so hard especially if we haven't figured out alternatives. That's amazing you will have to let me know how it goes (I love your style). Happy New Year!
@@victoria_zee I will do, I love vintage, second hand, and alternative stores and if I do buy stuff I check those types of places out first, but now I'm committed to this final step :D Whoo Hoo! And Thank you :D xoxo
The video was so informative! Thank you... I'm currently studying in college so I have a tight budget. But, I hope to use sustainable habits as soon as possible.
Thank you for watching Dhruv! I totally understand. I am just starting to make these changes in the last couple of years. Good luck with school and your sustainability journey!
Great video. I would suggest cold showers, via the Wim Hof method. It conserves energy used to heat water, keeps your skin and hair beautiful so no need for extra products, and improves immune and cardiovascular systems. You will feel energized and give that back to the world.
David, thank you so much for the suggestion! You are so right- I've heard about this as an excellent add to a morning routine and because most of the energy comes from heating water, it helps with conservation as well. Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I'll have to give it a try even though I'm scared of it in these Colorado winters haha
@@victoria_zee understandable lol, but the worst part is the fear of it. I have friends in Denver that do it. The key is to start gradually. A few minutes warm, then one minute cold, until you are ready for full cold. It's life changing, I promise.
