Greenwaste bins will obviously be removed from the greenwaste and they'll decide whether the crushed bin can be recycled or not. Same thing for yellow bins. Red bins will likely end up continuing to landfill if they fell in the trucks hopper.

Most councils across New Zealand and Australia use 240L bins as part of the waste collection industry. 240L bins are really easy to get rid of compared to smaller bins. They weigh more and there's barely enough space in the grabber to hold them securely. There's plenty of space in the grabber to securely hold a small bin.
